Hey, ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia 4, Explain America
0:03
and squad member Rashida Talib is in an absolute meltdown in a panic mode
0:10
and it's kind of hilarious. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share, and subscribe
0:17
Those little things really help us out, and they help our channel continue to grow
0:21
You know, if you give these squad members, these far left progressives
0:25
enough time to talk, and enough rope, they're going to tell you exactly what they're planning
0:29
are, and their plans are absolutely terrifying. To a point where you say these people have to go, they've got to be removed from office before
0:39
they do damage. Well, she's given removal notice, but she's given it to the Supreme Court
0:46
She's given it to conservative justices in the Supreme Court. She wants them impeached and removed some of them, particularly Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito
0:55
But I think if she had her way, she'd do all of them. then not only does she want to replace them with liberals
1:00
she then wants to pack the court so that basically we would live in a one-party rule state
1:07
of the Democrat Party forever, forever. These people, you have to understand when you listen to them
1:15
they don't want justice, they don't want fairness, they're not trying to protect democracy. They're trying for a one-party state
1:21
That's what they want. Don't ever be fooled by the Protect Democracy talk
1:26
They want a dictatorship. They just want it to be theirs. Let's take a look at what she had to say, this unhinged, absolute rant
1:35
Thank you Mr Speaker Juneteenth is a day of joy a celebration of freedom and a reminder of the work that lies before us as we continue to fight for true equity and justice for our black neighbors
1:47
On Juneteenth and every day in our community, we honor the trauma and acknowledge the pain and hurt of our black Americans who fought tirelessly for their freedom, and we still aren't done
1:59
We celebrate this Independence Day with activists and organizers and community leaders who uplift black history
2:05
and carry on the enduring struggle for justice for all. Our country, our country right now
2:12
that our own black neighbors literally built, including this very building I'm standing in, the Capitol
2:19
Yet, systemic racism and discrimination continue to plague our institutions and our communities
2:27
We see it in disparities in health care, education, housing, access to basics, necessities, racism in our legal system
2:33
and economic opportunities and so much more. By providing reparations the debt owed to our black neighbors upon emancipation
2:41
for centuries of enslavement and oppression, we can begin, Mr. Speaker, to address the injustices
2:48
I know the 12th Congressional District knows that reparations are a debt that our nation owes
2:53
a true acknowledgement of the pain and harm inflicted on generations of our black families
2:59
Juneteenth is a reminder of how far we've come, but also how far we've come, but also how far we still need to go
3:05
This Juneteenth please join me in honoring our black neighbors as we commit to fighting for reparations voting rights ending police brutality investing in black maternal health HBCUs and so much more Mr Speaker the Supreme Court is not facing an ethics crisis
3:25
It's a corruption crisis. But it seems like that every single day, there's new headlines about more corruption
3:32
about coming out of our U.S. Supreme Court. I know we need urgent action to hold these unhinged corrupt extremists accountable
3:39
It is extremely disturbing that the United States Supreme Court, the highest court of our land
3:45
is the only court that does not have enforceable code of conducts
3:49
Justice Thomas, which my residents call corruption clearance, has received over $4 million in 193 gifts
3:58
including multiple vacations, flights on private jets, helicopter rides, Mr. Speaker, and yacht trips
4:05
from Republican billionaire mega donors like Harlan Crow, who actually have cases before the court
4:12
And we are supposed to expect this court to hold itself accountable, give me a break
4:17
One of these luxury trips actually cost $500,000. And it's not just corrupt, Clarence
4:24
it's Justice Alito, who has also been hit with numerous scandals recently, including
4:29
accepting luxury trips, and flying insurrectionists stop the steel flags outside of his home
4:36
after the attack on our US Capitol. And yet, here we go
4:40
The American people are supposed to trust him to decide the cases around
4:44
January 6th. And these unelected justices serving lifetime appointments, Mr. Speaker, continue
4:50
and again to strip us of our rights, shred our voting rights, got our environmental protections
4:55
our right to breathe clean air and drink clean water and sell our democracy to the highest bidder It time to expand the Supreme Court It time for reforms I know our residents in the 12 congressional district are demanding that I move with urgency on this issue
5:10
We need to enact term limits to Supreme Court justice. It's enforced binding code of conduct, real reforms, and expedite impeachment proceedings
5:21
These reforms are long overdue. I know Justice Thomas should have never been confirmed in the first place
5:27
We should have listened to Anita Hill. But let me be clear, Thomas and Liddle need to be impeached and removed from the bench now
5:34
Our country deserves a Supreme Court that's acting in the best interests of the American people
5:38
not a court that is accepting bribes and doing the bidding of right-wing extremists
5:44
Mr. Speaker, I want to recognize the Caribbean American Heritage Month as we celebrate the contributions
5:50
of our American Caribbean Americans in Michigan's 12th congressional district and across our nation
5:55
I know the Caribbean American Heritage Month was first recognized in 2005
5:59
and this was a combination of tireless efforts of organizers that highlight the amazing contributions of our Caribbean Americans
6:05
I want to also uplift in our backyard, the Caribbean Community Service Center
6:11
an organization based right in our district that is proudly uplifting the history
6:15
and continuing to celebrate that culture and our neighbors in South and
6:20
Eastern Michigan beyond this month. So please join me in recognizing Caribbean American Heritage Month
6:25
and the contributions of our Caribbean Americans across our nation and then the 12th Congressional District
