Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and folks, Fannie
0:06
Willis just got possibly the worst news of her career. It could be the end of her career
0:13
Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share and subscribe

Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow
0:23
So Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade have both been referred to the Georgia Bar for an ethics
0:29
violation that could permanently bar the both of them from practicing law
0:34
This is an earthquake in the life of these two attorneys. See, the conservative group or the watchdog group who recommended or referred them to
0:46
the bar, well they said that they believe Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade perjured themselves
0:52
on the witness stand. I believe the same and we're all using the text messages that were exchanged with that
0:59
attorney, the other attorney, the divorce attorney for Nathan Wade last week who I also
1:05
believe perjured himself because the text messages pretty much show that he did
1:10
He did not talk about speculating in the text messages. If you read the text messages, I've seen some of them that he stated things as a matter
1:19
of fact, not as a matter of opinion. I think that's pretty plain for everybody to see
1:25
That being said, this is massive. First of all, if Willis and Wade are removed from this case, that's earthquake number one
1:33
in their lives. Earthquake number two in their lives is if the bar takes this case and decides, yeah
1:41
they did perjure themselves. They're done. And then they can be criminally prosecuted
1:47
I want you to watch this clip from Eric Bolling's show last night where they're describing exactly
1:52
what happened. Now this is before the actual referral happened. So they're talking about she may be referred to the bar
1:58
She was referred to the bar. This video I'm about to show you happened before that, but they talk about the possible consequences
2:06
So I want you to see it and after you do, I'd like you to leave your comments. When you like, comment, share and subscribe

I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America. We love you guys. God bless you
2:17
Take care, everybody. Joining me now is former Florida attorney general and former special advisor for Donald
2:22
Trump, Pam Bondi. Also here's Trump attorney for Save America, Christina Bob
2:26
Christina, you've been on this. Let me start with Pam, though, because this is we haven't heard from Pam weighing in on this
2:31
So it looks like, Pam, it looks like Fannie Willis, Wade and even this friend of Wade
2:38
it looks like they perjured themselves. Do you do you agree with that
2:41
Yeah, I think they're going to have a really tough time getting out of this because the
2:45
defense attorneys did a great job cross examining them. They said the affair did not begin until well after he was appointed on the case
2:54
Yet witnesses have contradicted that. And now they have, Eric, not only hundreds, but thousands of phone calls and text messages
3:04
between the two of them. And then Terrence Bradley, who was Nathan's, Nathan Wade's attorney and friend, contradicted them
3:12
And then he came in with this memory lapse during testimony. But, yeah, I think they're all in big trouble, not only their bar license, but if they can
3:19
establish these phone calls and text messages between the two, it could be potential perjury
3:25
And then what happens, Christina, if they are proven to be have perjured themselves
3:29
Well, I mean, so they get off the case. Great. I think that's going to happen anyway
3:33
But what about can they be disbarred for that? Oh, absolutely. Certainly, perjury is very serious grounds for disbarment
3:41
And more importantly for the president and for the country, I think the entire case needs
3:45
to be thrown out. I don't think the Trump case. I mean, I don't see how they can keep this indictment when it was Wade and Willis that
3:53
were in charge of the grand jury and in charge of putting this all together. So I think this whole thing dissolves rapidly
3:59
I think both of them are looking at bar inquiries at the very least to see if they get to keep
4:04
their license. And like Pam said, I expect some criminal investigation into this
4:09
This is really, really bad. And the other one, very quickly, Christina, I'll get both of you to wait
