Joy Behar Sounds Off On Being Fired From The View - 'I Don't Have Any Friends'

Joy Behar and the ladies of The View are, you know, maybe the most abhorrent people

on all of television and I always find it interesting based on what their names are

how abhorrent they actually are. But Joy gave us a little bit of joy very recently when she talked about being fired from The

View and no longer being around her friends. Folks, I'm Carmine Sabia and this is Explain America

You know, right now we're in the midst of primary season. Mike Pence is declaring, Chris Christie is declaring, Sununu is declaring and none of

them have a snowball's chance on the sun of getting the nomination from Donald Trump

But with all the serious news going on, sometimes we have to talk about entertainment news

It makes us laugh, it makes us cry, it mostly makes us laugh

Anyway, Joy Behar kind of drew the ire of Whoopi Goldberg just a little bit in a recent

episode of The View when she spoke about being fired from the show

Now, she was fired from the show in 2013 if you recall

And she said to Whoopi Goldberg or she said to her crew on the show that she did not mind

being fired because she had no more friends left, you know, on the show

And Whoopi Goldberg turned around and he's like, oh, no more friends? Okay then, you know, because Whoopi was still on the show

And then Joy Behar backtracked and she's like, well, I met the people backstage and what

have you. It was just a funny moment, you know, just it got me kind of wistful

It got me kind of thinking about when she was fired and why she couldn't be fired again

Can't we fire her now? She's 128 years old. Oh no, she's closer to 80

But I digress. She's ancient and so miserable. You know, I often find it interesting that the three probably most, I don't know, miserable

people on all of television are named Joy, Whoopi and Sunny. That's kind of interesting, isn't it

I mean, these are three absolutely miserable people, constantly angry, constantly talking

about how they've been oppressed either for their race or their gender or whatever reason

Point is, they're always complaining. If they're not complaining about Donald Trump, they're complaining about Ron DeSantis

If they're not complaining about Ron DeSantis, they're complaining about another Republican

or men in general or just the whole Republican platform or complaining that their woke ideology

is not being accepted by enough people to indoctrinate the masses at a quick enough speed

Again, absolute misery. And I watch the show. I watch the clips and I do it for you

I do it for you and that is the truth. I say that kind of jokingly, but it's the truth

I do it for you. I don't want to watch the show, but I do it so I can tell you guys what's going on

And some people ask, well, why? Why? Why do conservatives need to know what's going on there

Because I think it's important that you know what the other side's being indoctrinated with

You cannot battle an enemy you don't know. If you don't know what they're being told, if you don't know the lies they're being told

you can't counter those lies. So you need to know. So I watch a lot of stuff that you guys probably never want to watch just so I can report about

it to you. So you're welcome for that. You know, it's, it's, it's, it can be tiresome sometimes to watch these

Like I said, most miserable people on the air and I watch it sometimes and I say, you

know, they talk about their, their fair because they have one Republican and four liberals

on the show. And the one Republican always is an anti-Trumper. It's never a Republican like you or me

It's always a Rhino Republican that they stick on the show and say, well, we've got a Republican here

It's just, it's an absolute ridiculousness. It's an exercise in just creating an echo chamber, mostly for suburban women who are

already thinking the way they think. And mostly really for the people on the coasts

And the views ratings in the past few years have reflected that lack of diversity

They talk about diversity all the time, but somehow that diversity never seems to include Republicans

So I don't think they really want to be too diverse. They just want to look diverse folks
