'I've Got To Be Honest' - Fox News Host Sean Hannity Stuns Live Audience

Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America, and Sean Hannity just stunned his live studio audience with, well, a heck of a shocking statement

You know, since I was a little kid, little kid, in my mom's car, driving home from school, listening to Sean Hannity, I was a fan of this man

As a little kid, called into his radio show, he took my call, he spoke to me on the air, it was a huge moment for me

Been a Sean Hannity fan for as long as I can remember. Why? Because he doesn't play games

He will hit you right between the eyes. Even if he likes you, he'll hit you right between the eyes when he thinks you're wrong

He doesn't play around. That's what makes him who he is. He's authentic. And I love him for that

And he's the real deal. This is a staunch conservative. He believes what he believes, and he makes no apologies

And I've tried to follow that example, and I pray that you guys like it

I just say what the truth is, and if people don't like it, then they don't like it. That's okay

My job isn't to make people like me, it's to provide the truth. So, Sean Hannity was talking about something that Gavin Newsom said

about, you guys may have heard this story about the Alabama Supreme Court that ruled that embryos are human beings

and that you could be sued for destroying them. Now, I do believe embryos are life. I believe all forms of life should be protected

but I think the ruling goes too far, because it actually could damage people from bringing new life into the world

through IVF treatments that people in Alabama, the doctors, are now scared to provide

So, while I understand that wantonly, wantonly destroying them should be illegal

accidentally destroying them is a different thing, and I think we have to be really cognizant of what we're approaching here

But Gavin Newsom, the governor of California, his comments he made about this were so disgusting

that Sean Hannity, who has been on good terms with Gavin Newsom, he's interviewed him, he's had a debate with him and Ron DeSantis

I'll tell you, the comments yesterday made by Gavin Newsom about how Republicans are putting rapists ahead of the women that they impregnate

by the way, Gavin, repulsive statement by you. And coming from you, I've got to be honest, frankly

every crime committed in your sanctuary state of California, including raping and the murders that have taken place, illegal immigrants

that is because of your policies, Joe's open borders, where they literally are allowing unvetted illegal immigrants from Iran and Syria

and Afghanistan and Egypt and Russia and China to cross our border

He bears that responsibility, and Joe Biden bears that responsibility, and God forbid, among those nearly 10 million illegals unvetted in this country

we wake up one morning, like we did in 2001 on 9-11, and there's an attack

the likelihood of that is growing every day we do not secure the border

That border must be secure, and I have a big announcement about that on Monday
