'Exonerating' Evidence Drops Right Before Trump's Arraignment That Could End Prosecution's Case

Folks, former President Donald Trump is livid prior to his arraignment in a Miami courthouse

but, but, he makes a strong case with strong evidence that could see this whole thing thrown

Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow

Trump started out the day on his Truth Social account dropping bombs on Jack Smith, the

special prosecutor, on the FBI, and on the case against him itself

But there was one particular post on his Truth Social account that actually turned some heads

And what he talked about was that the grand jury had never seen the Presidential Records

Act or been told about the Presidential Records Act and they never heard about the Sox case

Now a lot of you may be wondering what the Sox case is. I'll explain it to you

See a former, a former advisor to former President Bill Clinton named Sandy Berger, may he rest

in peace, when he left the White House, he apparently took documents with him and stuffed

the documents into his clothes. Now by stuffing the documents into his clothes, and some people say into his socks, it was

an attempt to shield those documents from the National Archives to get them to President

Clinton, we assume, and not have them go to the National Archives to hide them

Precisely what President Trump is being accused of. Exactly what President Trump is being accused of

So what happened to the late Sandy Berger? Well, in 2005, after they finally got their investigation done and finally got around

to charging him, Berger copped a plea deal. And in the plea deal, he was fined $50,000, which to a man like him is like fining a regular

person $5, right? Not much of a fine, not much of a punishment

Not a major deal was made about it. So that's the one thing that the President spoke about

The other thing the President spoke about is the Presidential Records Act

Now this is important and a lot of people believe it supersedes the Espionage Act

And as Alan Dershowitz says, it has to be kind of read in conjunction with the Espionage Act

Now the Presidential Records Act says that the President has the sole authority at his

whim, at his discretion, to declassify information. With the snap of his fingers, he can declassify information

So who is Jack Smith to say all that stuff wasn't declassified by him

Some people would argue, some constitutional scholars, would say that the second he took

it out of the White House and brought it back to his home, it was declassified. It was declassified in that moment

These are the obstacles, the major, massive obstacles that Jack Smith is going to have

to overcome. And he's going to have to overcome it in front of a Trump-appointed judge who has ruled in

Trump's favor quite a bit. And if she can kick this whole case out of court, that's a possibility

Overseeing her is the 11th Circuit. Overseeing the 11th Circuit, well that's Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas

So a lot of things are going Trump's way. No matter what you hear on the news, he's really got a strong chance to beat this thing

There's no guarantees in life, and there's no guarantees for him, and especially no guarantees

in court. But he's got a very strong case, especially with the pieces of evidence he dropped today

about the Sox case and the Presidential Records Act. I think he should hinge most of his case on those two things
