Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America, and that cognitive
0:05
exam that they want Biden to take, or want Biden to take, well, it's kind of haunting
0:11
him now. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share, and subscribe
0:16
Those little things really help us out, and they help our channel continue to grow
0:21
Now, a lot of people, including former President Donald Trump, want Biden to take this cognitive test
0:28
Trump has repeatedly challenged him to take the test. He said, well, both take it
0:34
Biden has been avoiding this test. His doctor comes out this week with a report that says, eh, he doesn't need the test
0:41
And now, Dr. Phil, Dr. Phil who went to the border to show what a disaster it is, he also
0:47
just went on Bill Maher's show this week and said, hey, look, if you got nothing to hide
0:51
Joe Biden, take the cognitive test. He said, people with something to hide would avoid the test, not people without something
0:58
to hide. But I want you to listen to Kareen Jean-Pierre's ridiculous explanation on why Biden should
1:04
not take the cognitive test. And again, why not take it? If it's this big of an issue for people, just take the test
1:10
He doesn't want to. I want you to listen to her reasoning for it, laugh at it a little bit, and then give
1:16
me your comments when you like, comment, share, and subscribe. I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America

We love you guys. God bless you. Take care, everybody. Did the president take a mental fitness or a cognitive test during his physical this morning
1:30
So let me just say, I did see Dr. O'Connor, and he stopped by my office earlier today
1:35
after the president completed his physical this morning, as you all know
1:40
He was happy with how everything went. And as soon as he finishes completing the memo, it will be a robust, comprehensive memo
1:47
We will certainly share that with all of you as we have done in the last two years
1:52
And look, we saw the president return to work. He took some of your questions not too long ago, and you saw he's going to continue to
1:59
fight for the American people. In this particular instance, he was talking about fighting crime
2:04
So the president's going to continue that process. As it relates to, you were asking me about a cognitive test
2:10
As it relates to that, look, the president doesn't need a cognitive test
2:14
That is not my assessment. That is not my assessment. That is the assessment of the president's doctor
2:20
That is also the assessment of the neurologist, who has also made that assessment as well
2:26
And you've heard us say this, and I'll reiterate this. The president's doctor has said, if you look at what this president, the president who
2:33
is also the Commander-in-Chief, he passes a cognitive test every day, every day, as
2:38
he moves from one topic to another topic, understanding the granular level of these topics
2:45
You saw him talk about fighting crime today. Tomorrow, he's going to go to the border
2:49
Next week, he's going to give a State of the Union address. And so we have to keep that in mind
2:54
This is a very rigorous job. And the president has been able to do this job every day for the past three years
3:01
And let's not forget, he is also leading a historic presidency, which is also important
3:06
to note in everything that we've been able to do. He's been able to get done over the past three years
3:10
But given that there's been so much scrutiny, and you say there's no problem, he would pass
3:14
the test every day, why not just have his doctor administer the test and then case closed
3:18
Because the doctor doesn't believe that he needs one, because including the neurologist
3:23
doesn't believe he needs one. Look, I think folks need to understand that the president passes, again, a cognitive test
3:30
every day. If you look at what a clinical cognitive test is actually, what it actually does, it is
3:35
a 15-minute appointment that is administered by someone that most of the time people don't
3:40
actually know. And the president has a team of doctors that is with him 24-7
3:48
And he is able to do the work every day that is rigorous, that is more rigorous than it
3:55
would be for any 15-minute clinical appointment. And you think about the job growth, you think about the record small business action, you
4:04
think about the bloom in that particular space of 16 million more small businesses have been created
4:10
You think about delivering historic investment. And that has been done by a president who has to deal with these issues every day, again
4:17
on a granular level. And so his doctor, including the neurologist, do not believe that he needs one
4:24
That is their assessment. Go ahead, Jeff
