Case Dismissed? - Fani Willis Gets Brutal News From Court

And Fannie Willis just got gobsmacked again. Her case could be dismissed

So Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney Fannie Willis has had a really rough time of it

You know, with all the allegations, with her ex-boyfriend Nathan Wade, and then you have a subpoena by Jim Jordan

Yeah, she's been subpoenaed. She has to appear before Congress. Now she's been avoiding this subpoena, but you know, at a certain point you got to face the subpoena

Or, hey, you know, the Department of Justice has prosecuted conservatives for defying congressional subpoenas

Will they prosecute Fannie Willis? So now she's in court and she's fighting for this case's life

because the Trump attorneys and his co-defendants attorneys are arguing the case should be dismissed on free speech grounds

And according to at least one expert, there's a really good chance the case will be dismissed

I personally, not a legal expert, I personally don't believe the case will be dismissed because

I think this judge wants to get re-elected in Fulton County. He dismisses this case, that's over, in my opinion

But again, some legal experts weighing in saying, hey, look, it doesn't matter

He's going to do the right thing. And I want you to listen to one of them right now

And he's trying to say the difference between the disqualification and the dismissal

and why the judge might do one and not the other. So I want you to listen to it and let me know what you think in the comments

The Trump team is now arguing that the Georgia election interference case should be tossed out

and it makes perfect sense why on First Amendment grounds. Trump's lawyers arguing that it's his right to free speech to raise legitimate concerns

about the election and its validity. The judge is arguing that the judge's right to free speech is not a right that the judge

The judge will rule on this at a later date, so we'll see how this plays out

But it doesn't help that the two Trump co-defendants have already unsuccessfully

tried to use this argument. All this comes as Fannie Willis was investigated for inappropriate relationships with her lover

boy, Wade, a relationship that started before she appointed Wade as the lead prosecutor

in the Trump Georgia case. But it's not all smooth sailing for Fannie

Fannie, Fannie, like her ass. Her office is dealing with a new set of troubles

House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan has subpoenaed Fannie Willis following allegations that her

office and her may have misused federal funds. The hypocrisy in all this is outrageous

Fannie has responded to Jordan's demands for documents, claiming that it's all politically

motivated, she says. It's very rich considering she's on record for meeting with Biden in the White House

during her investigation into Trump. Can you confirm whether or not Miss Willis or Mr. Wade were coordinating with the Biden

White House in the course of this investigation and prosecution? We had records that Miss Willis and the mayor of Atlanta were at meeting with the vice president

Again, whatever the left accuses you of, they're likely guilty of themselves

Clearly, Fannie Willis is the one
