BREAKING: NY Appeals Court Rules In Trump's Favor

Folks, you guys know it's been a tough week for Trump. I've seen 34 felony convictions in what I see personally, my opinion, as a sham political

witch hunt trial. I've said it to you guys before, I'll say it to you guys again

The things they're doing to Trump have not been done to other people in political history

and I don't know if they ever will be again. Although if Republicans are wise, they will actually take this fight to Democrats

Start filing emotions. Start filing charges. Look, if you want to play show me the man and I'll show you the crime, I assure you

you can find a crime on anybody. And it's time Republicans started fighting back

One of the things that was done to Trump, as you may remember during his presidency

is information about his taxes, personal, private information about his taxes was given

to the New York Times. Now it later turned out that it was his niece, Mary Trump, who suffers from her own form

of Trump derangement syndrome. Maybe it's because, you know, she's the least good looking person in the family

I don't know. I'm not a judge of that. Maybe it's because she wasn't in the Trump inner circle

Whatever the case may be, she's made a career for herself now and probably made a lot of

money just going on television and podcasts, writing books, bashing her uncle and his children

That being said, she revealed in one of her books that she was the person who gave the

tax information to the New York Times. Well, that set her up for all kinds of legal jeopardy

But a New York judge, surprise, surprise, basically shut down the case, said Trump could

not sue her. But now a New York court of appeals, in what is a surprise, gave Trump a victory and said

yes, the lawsuit can proceed. He can sue her for damages. Now, there was a report on this on Newsmax in which Greta Van Susteren, great legal mind

explained all of it. But I think it could be a sign of things to come

See, appeals courts don't work the same as these courts with these political activists

Some certainly do. But appeals courts tend to take their job more seriously than these judges like Judge

Juan Marchand or Judge N. Gorin. And this could be a really positive sign for Trump as he appeals his conviction that

was given to him by Judge Juan Marchand in the Alvin Bragg, Stormy Daniels, Michael Cohen

First up, after a bruising yesterday, some good legal news for former President Donald Trump

A New York state appeals court just gave Trump the green light to move forward with a lawsuit

against. Are you ready for this one? His niece, Mary Trump. The former president says back in 2018, his niece violated a confidentiality agreement

when she provided financial documents to the New York Times. In a three page opinion, the state appeals court held that there is, quote, substantial

basis in law for Trump's claim of breach of contract. So the next step, the case returns to the trial court
