Roberts and sometimes when Aean is not

on the road, he is in my band. Uh Paul

band at Roberts. And just about every

week that we play there, we will meet

some people that we met here on the

cruise and they always come to see us at

at Robert's Western World. So, um I love

that. I love meeting new people and

making new fans and friends.

talk about how you guys got started. How

did 50 Shades of Heaven get?

Well, it um the genesis came from um uh

we had a Sunday band. This was before

Wendy, pre-W in the pre-Wendy era. Um we

had a band called the Spaghetti Western

earers. Um and that band lasted a couple

of years and then we we broke up, but we

still had the time slot. We had a Sunday

afternoon gig. So, we said, "We don't

want to lose that great slot at

Roberts." So, um our bass player, David

Spiker, said, "How about my wife?" just

what every band wants to hear. My wife

sings.

I was like, "Oh, no. You're kidding me.

Not again." I swear I'd never do this

again. But we all knew Wendy and um she

was uh she was she actually wanted

wanted to sing with us to play with. So

we put a kind of a new band together. Um

and David came up with the name.

I was going to ask who came up with the

name.

Well, David did cuz he saw me reading a

series of books that um I think you can

guess which which series of books. And

that's how we got our band.

I love it. Okay, so we said we're

performing new music coming.

Yes, we are writing new music as I speak

right now.
