Would Moscow accept the EU's counterproposal to the US-Russia plan for Ukraine?

US and Ukraine delegations stated that they have achieved “meaningful progress toward aligning positions and identifying clear next steps” for a deal to put an end to Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. What has changed compared to the initial plan, and would Moscow agree to the new proposal?
