Israel's Netanyahu welcomes 'historic' Lebanon agreement as Hezbollah rejects it

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared his country's agreement with Lebanon "a blow to Iran and Hezbollah", while the militant group's leader Naim Qassem declared it void.
