At least 31 killed as Israel launches strikes on Beirut after Hezbollah rocket fire

Israeli strikes hit Beirut and other parts of Lebanon after Hezbollah fired rockets and drones toward Israel, with Lebanon’s Health Ministry reporting at least 31 deaths.
