Zelenskyy ‘permits’ Russia to hold its Victory Day parade

Ukraine’s president signed a decree on Friday allowing the Kremlin to hold the Victory Day parade on Red Square in Moscow, but the rest of Russia is not included in the announced ceasefire deal mediated by US President Donald Trump.
