Ukraine formally asks Israel to seize vessel carrying grain stolen by Russia

A Ukrainian source told Euronews that "if Israel responded to other requests via diplomatic channels, there would have been no need for tweets," after Israel's foreign minister lashed out over what he called "Twitter diplomacy."
