Serbian elections winner 'clearly seek better relations' with the EU, says expert

Marko Prelec, analyst at the International Crisis Group, believes dismantling outgoing prime minister Aleksandar Vučić system will take a long time but thinks it's "premature" to worry about the Students List movement capacity to lead the country.
