Journaling is one of the best ways to get started on your path to Eating Enlightenment. Journaling is easy enough for the 'part' of you who is concerned about overwhelm. Journaling is effective so the 'part' of you who wants to take action can take action. By journaling you prepare yourself to learn about your parts too. Just by starting to journal before you eat. Journaling, this simple practice is not mean to be forever, so the part of you that gets worried you will quit can relax.
