But we thought we could do it better and hopefully, we succeeded. We built a plexiglass box and then put random items in it and then turned on the waterjet. The 60,000 psi is pretty cool but even cooler when you see it in slow motion on the high-speed camera. We've got several items in the line up, an egg, coke, salad dressing, dr pepper, food coloring and more...
