There is a reason a certain brand of vitamins are called one-a-day vitamins……
Everyone says that it is good to exercise. Say you walk 10,000-12,000 steps every day. That’s about 4 miles or so. If you did that every day you would walk about 1400 miles in a year.
But could you just wait until December 31st and walk 1400 miles and call it good for the year??? I think not.
Gratitude is the same way. It’s like a one a day vitamin for your brain. Its most effective if it is experienced every day and not just once in a while or say once a year!! You can’t store it up and use it all at once.
Use gratitude once a day and you will reap the benefits of a brick by brick way of building your gratitude muscle. It will pay dividends for the rest of your life.
