- 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce (optional, for a richer flavor)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 block (14 ounces) firm tofu, cubed (optional for a vegetarian version)
