oasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts
3 tablespoons good olive oil
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow outer leaves.
Mix them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 35-40 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally to ensure even browning.
Serve hot and enjoy!
