It’s one of my favorite cuisines on the planet, and it’s been a while since I’ve done a video about it. So I decided to test my Indian food knowledge with a blindfolded Indian food taste test with my friend Nina! Indian cuisine is one of the most diverse cuisines on the planet. From the hearty, dairy-rich dishes of northern India; to the rice, coconut-infused curries, and seafood of southern India; to the chilies, beef- and pork-rich dishes, and gamy meats of northeastern India, it’s hard to go wrong! My friend Nina headed to Bombay Darbar in Miami, where she will feed me ten Indian dishes while I’m blindfolded. I have no idea which dishes they’ve prepared for me. It’ll be up to me to use only my sense of taste to guess what they are. They brought us two thalis with five items each. Will I be able to identify butter chicken without seeing it?
