Tobago Lionfish Catch And Cook! Best Seafood In Trinidad and Tobago?
Join me on an epic seafood adventure in Tobago as I go spearfishing for lionfish in the Caribbean Sea and enjoy a fresh-caught feast! I teamed up with Chef Jason Peru to hunt lionfish, an invasive species in Tobago’s waters, and experience one of the most unique food traditions on the island. After catching our fish, we headed to No Man’s Land, an uninhabited paradise where locals were grilling up delicious BBQ chicken, corn, and Caribbean sweets like tamarind balls, peanut fudge, and nut brittle. We filleted the lionfish right on the beach, grilled some whole, and even ate the raw sashimi-style fillets with a squeeze of lime! Jason also roasted breadfruit with garlic and thyme, making for an incredible tropical meal. This is real island living! If you love seafood, adventure, and Caribbean food, you don’t want to miss this one! Like, comment, and subscribe for more wild food experiences!
