Come with us as we do an 11 a.m. Asian food mukbang in Miami, Florida! We’d be eating at 107 Taste, a spot in West Brickell that offers Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai cuisine. Inside, we met Vanessa and saw where they make ramen and more. MY TRAVEL/FOOD BLOG: https://davidsbeenhere.com/ DAVID’S BEEN HERE MERCH: https://teespring.com/stores/davids-been-here I watched them make shrimp pad Thai, kimchi, tteokbokki mixed with eggs and vegetables, takoyaki, Hell’s ramen, a non-spice ramen, a ramen with shrimp tempura, tonkatsu ramen with pork belly and scallions, bibimbap, and more! Then, they made some Chinese pork buns with braised pork, cilantro, cucumber, and a sauce! We started with the Chinese braised pork buns, which were tender and fresh, and the fluffy steamed buns were excellent. They soaked up all the soy sauce! I liked the crunch of the cucumber as well. Next was the kimchi. I really liked the fermented feel and the kick of heat! It took me right back to my time in South Korea! Then, we jumped on the takoyaki, which were topped with a spicy mayo, seaweed, and bonito flakes. It was mind-blowing. I loved how creamy it is! Next, we tried the pad Thai, which is very popular in the West but not so much in Thailand. I really liked the sprouts and the sweeter, creamier sauce. I added some kimchi to it!
