We can't really talk about fitness without including stretching. There are MANY different types of stretches, and two of the main categories are STATIC and DYNAMIC.
STATIC stretching involves holding a position to maximize strain--these are best AFTER a workout. DYNAMIC involves movement--these are best as a warmup before a workout.
