Woodturning - Blue African Wood Plate

In this week’s woodturning video, I will be transforming some African wood into a one-of-a-kind hybrid plate. Used my trusted deep pour epoxy resin from Let’s Resin with some blue metallic mica pigments to further enhance its look. Once the resin was fully cured in my pressure pot it was time to get it up on the woodturning lathe and start shaping. Once it was turned and sanded up to 400 grit and finished with mineral oil for more natural matt look.
