also Managing Director of Girls and Technical right now. in this part of the question what i would like to address is from the starting of my career i've

really been driven towards events trainings and workshops i had explored a lot in life through

these things so today wherever i am is because of all these experiences i had through my different

hackathons i went into a lot of competitions events workshops and trainings so i think these

are the things that transform someone's life it teaches you what you really want to do

and makes you understand that what are your abilities and what are the capacities that you

have. So that is one of those reasons that as I got that opportunity for myself, I really wanted

to create these opportunities for others as well. So this is the reason that I have been driven into

the work that I doing So the only thing that keeps me motivated is the purpose So I doing all those things that I really want to see making an impact in someone life making a difference

So yeah, it's the purpose that keeps me motivated. I think if the purpose is right, the passion automatically comes into the place

And then when you see, when you get satisfaction from whatever you're working with

and if you see your work is impacting someone's life and that is one of the

satisfaction that I really see in whatever I've been doing so yeah it's

the purpose I think the major challenge is finding a right team to work with because if the team is right if the team is driven with the same purpose same vision and

and has that enthusiasm to work together to bring an impact to create that difference then I think

it's easier for you to go through any hurdle that comes into an organization so I would say that

bringing that kind of team and then motivating them to work day and night for one purpose and

then making sure that their works are right making sure that they're together with us

is really difficult and I think finding the right team is also another challenge that I face in a daily life

But I really proud and really really glad lucky enough to have a team like Girls in Tech with me all of them are working for months voluntarily giving their time and then they are doing so good they are so

purpose driven, they are so nice with everything that they do and yes, our life has been so

easier because of the team that I have right now, it's always a team

Reaching out to an audience has never been a problem for us at least because we have a

lot of females in technological field who are who wants to do something in their life

with technology and we've already we have 35 to 40% of females into IT fields, we're

working professionally so yes I think I and even my other co-managing director we both

had five six of years of experience now in this field and we have a lot of networks around us and

then we do a lot of social media marketing and then our founder uh mr anjani he has a lot of

network within him so so it's it's it's the power of networks one the next is is the power of social

media and the third one is it's the power of what we do so people see our work people explore our

work they come into one two events they go to our workshops and then they understand that yes this

This is the place that we need to be and the females are always driven to whatever works that we've been doing

So finding the audience has not been that much problem for us right now We have been lucky I wouldn call this a pro tip but what I really do is first thing that I

already mentioned is I'm really purpose driven so I know what I've been doing

and I know the purpose of this organization so I really work for that purpose I need sure that that vision is always met through whatever we work with

and that is one of the major things that we always need to take care of. And the next thing that I do is, it's really funny, but I imagine

So I imagine a world where everything, I imagine a world where my work has really bought a difference

So I imagine a world that I want to see with the work that I've done in the future

and then that makes me really satisfied, that makes me really happy

and that makes me work more to whatever I've been doing so that I could create the future that I've imagined

So that helped me a lot in this journey. And the only thing that you need to think about

is the goal that you really want to meet, the purpose that you want to meet

And see those happy, smiling faces whenever you do such kind of events or workshops

and then see how these things are bringing impact in those people's life

And then that makes you really happy. So yes, that's the only thing that I want to see
