Hi guys, Bobby here and I'm back to show you how to crochet this really cute Christmas tree ornament pattern

So this ornament is 5 inches tall and for this pattern I used a yarn called Mira

I actually found this yarn on Amazon and it came in a set of 12 with different colors

Its yarn weight is number 3 which will be perfect for making ornaments

And on the back of the yarn you can see that a 4.5 crochet hook will work out great and that's exactly what I'm going to use

So here's my crochet hook and as you can see it is a 4.5 millimeter and that converts to a 7 U.S. crochet hook

So if you don't have a 4.5 of 4mm would work too. I will also be using a yarn needle, some yarn scissors, some polyester polyfill stuffing

small buttons. Now I actually found this set on Amazon and I will put the link in the description box below. I'm going to be using some different colors of thread to sew on my buttons, but if you only have one color like a white, then that should be

work too. And lastly I will be using a thread needle to sew on the buttons. Okay so before we get

started go and grab the written pattern for this tree ornament and that way you can have the pattern

today as well. Okay to start this pattern off we're going to go ahead and make a slip knot

and then we're going to chain three. So there's one, two, and three. Okay, for row one

we're going to place a single crochet into the second chain from our hook. So there's

our first single crochet. Now we're going to place one more single crochet in the

very last chain. and that will make a total of two single crochets

Okay, for row two, we're going to chain one. That will be our turning chain

To do this, go ahead and make a slip knot. Insert your hook into the left side of the tree

Our main goal is just to get these two sides stitched together, so again, it doesn't matter how many stitches you use to do this

So just make sure you're inserting your hook into both front and back trees and that you're only single crocheting just the sides together

Okay, to fill this tree with stuffing, first I'm just going to tuck my tail ends into the tree. I'm going to cut them down just a little bit. I'm going to go ahead and stuff them up into the tree

and I'm not going to overstuff it too full and you don't want to understuff it either so kind of

then I'll just cut it off when I'm done. So now we just need to make something in order to hang this tree ornament up

So what we're going to do is we're going to start with a slip knot
