Welcome back to Cozy Rosie Crochet and today I'm sharing with you my progress
0:04
in getting ready for crochet fashion week. There is still quite a lot to do and there's just four
0:09
weeks to go. In fact it's going to be fitting day over in Atlanta getting the models ready to fit
0:15
the outfits, no get the outfits to fit the models and before that I still have quite a few projects
0:21
to make. Today I'm going to be taking you through where I'm up to with all the different patterns
0:26
and the looks that I'm going to be sharing on the runway and I'm going to let you know more about
0:30
when these patterns are going to be releasing because I know you're going to want to get your hands on them. Now before we get started don't forget to hit that subscribe button and of course
0:38
the notification bell so you never miss out on another one of my crochet tutorials or chats again
0:43
I'm going to take you through all of the patterns that are going to be featuring on the runway
0:47
where I am in relation to stitching them up, designing them, getting them ready to be showcased
0:52
but I'm also going to be sharing with you quite honestly how I'm feeling
0:58
Well, I've never done anything like this before and with such a short timescale left
1:05
I'm a little bit panicked because there's still quite a lot to do and my idea of having everything
1:10
ready and all the designs ready to launch at the same time as the event aren't quite going to plan
1:16
One of the things that I'm really struggling with is something that's known as imposter syndrome
1:20
and this is where you compare yourself or your projects to other people's
1:25
and possibly feel a little bit inferior when it comes to well for me I certainly feel there's that fear it's like a fear of judgment for me where people
1:39
are going to look at my projects and think oh what is that what she made blah blah blah
1:44
why did she do that it's not what we you know what was expected or that kind of thing and I've
1:50
been going through the mill with my feelings and losing literally losing sleep over this because
1:55
if I'm honest I'm human and it's quite a normal feeling to worry about what people are going to
2:01
say about you I know we're not supposed to we're supposed to all be wholly confident and not worry
2:06
about what other people think about us but I think because I'm not used to putting myself out there
2:12
I'm not used to putting my projects out there in such a way that I'm opening myself up for such
2:22
comments if that makes sense. As I was thinking about what I was going to say today I was thinking
2:28
actually I've never had a bad comment about a design and then I remembered I don't know if this
2:34
person watches this channel I didn't reply to their message it came through on Ravelry which
2:41
is somewhere that I sell my crochet patterns it's also where I offer the opportunity to download
2:46
some of my patterns for free on occasion and I didn't notice the message straight away I'm not
2:51
very good on Ravelry Messenger because most of the time it's just people saying thank you for
2:55
their free download and this message was there and it said it was about my crochet gift tag which
3:01
was one of the patterns I launched just before Christmas and it was it kind of said that the
3:08
the gift tag looks like a gravestone and the worst thing was I put my husband's name on it
3:14
and I was like oh I mean I can't see at all that it looks like a gravestone or anything along those
3:23
lines for me I think it looks like a gift tag but that was that person's opinion and that was
3:27
possibly the first time someone has said something quite so negative about one of my designs but
3:32
hey-ho I didn't worry about it moved on I'm not that kind of person I'm open to constructive
3:38
criticism um but I'm still fearful of judgment just who I am part of my nature I'm fine with it
3:47
I accept it I don't let it I've never let someone see that they've upset me or caused me upset but
3:55
that was like oh also why if that's your I mean people are entitled to their opinions I get it
4:03
but also why do you need to tell me that's what you see when you look at it I couldn't change it
4:07
the pattern been released it was one of my main photos so that's obviously what that person thinks
4:12
of my crochet gift tag it is that pattern is available on my channel if you would like to go
4:18
and check out my crochet gravestone I mean gift tag but anywho it is what it is it just made me
4:24
chuckle at the time actually and even now it's like that doesn't bother me the idea of
4:30
for me why I'm feeling this kind of fear of imposter syndrome or the comparison is obviously
4:37
I've had a look through the other designers and I've seen the type of work they create and how
4:42
beautiful it all is and I was thinking oh man is my stuff too simple you know that I design for all
4:51
of us to be inspired to create beautiful garments cozy homeware projects but they are suitable for
4:59
beginners and intermediate crocheters they're not advanced projects necessarily they're not they are designed to challenge but they're not going to be so hard that you can't complete it
5:08
and I was worried that my stuff's going to be too simple and a bit too simplified but yesterday I
5:15
had a really nice chat with Gregory Stitch he is one of the creatives behind the Crochet Fashion
5:20
Week in case you're not aware about Crochet Fashion Week itself before I share all these
5:25
beautiful patterns with you crochet fashion week is being hailed as the going to be the new industry
5:32
standard for crochet fashions in particular i've talked about this before and about how excited i
5:37
am to be involved in this project because it's really upselling the how fashionable crochet can
5:45
be it doesn't have to be outlandish it doesn't have to be breaking any molds with regards to
5:51
the types of projects that are being made but it's looking at the high quality of garments we
5:56
can make that can be considered high fashion so I digress I had a meeting on Google Meet with
6:06
Gregory Stitch yesterday you may be aware of him an amazing designer very very very famous really
6:12
for some of his what I would consider avant-garde pieces he's the designer behind the peacock dress
6:18
I'll see I'll pop a link in the description box for you so you can go and check him out because
6:22
some of his pieces are out of this world but obviously if I compare myself or my work to his
6:28
work it's a different realm that's not what I do and it was actually really nice to chat to him
6:34
and I was speaking to one of the other organizers about my fears and be reassured that they picked
6:40
my designs for a reason they picked they picked my style of crochet for a reason
6:44
and obviously I'm very self-assured that what I design is pretty and practical and
6:50
uses good crochet techniques to create great finished garments but I'd forgotten about the
6:57
fact that I was going to represent me and not just to be outlandish or to be extreme
7:05
fashion if that makes sense so after my chat with Gregory yesterday I feel a lot happier
7:10
about where I am with regards to the designs I'm submitting. Some of my designs that I'm putting
7:15
into the fashion show are remakes, as in I'm going to be highlighting that they exist and showcasing
7:21
them to their full potential, but also I have a lot of brand new designs that are going to be
7:26
featuring on the runway too. So these are the patterns that I'm going to be sharing with you today, is some of the existing patterns that already are completed and ready to go, and some
7:33
of the brand new patterns that are still in progress that are going to be released as soon as I can get them ready. I'm trying really hard to push my imposter syndrome or my fear of judgment
7:44
out of this process because I'm really enjoying the process. It's encouraged me to look beyond my
7:49
normal crochet style and see where I can upskill myself and people that do crochet because obviously
7:56
I want my patterns to continually inspire people to keep making but I also don't want them to be
8:01
you know a couple of squares stuck together with some sleeves on don't judge it's not a square
8:07
I'll explain in a moment but what I'm really happy about is the way that I've been able to capture
8:13
some textures and different techniques different shapes in this in the designs that I'm going to be
8:19
featuring and I really can wait to showcase them all to you let me take you through a little bit more about the actual or my understanding of how the event is going to run at the moment So from just released the information yesterday there going to be three shows in total running
8:34
on Saturday and Sunday I think it's the 11th and 12th of February. I've also just found out that
8:39
it's Super Bowl Sunday so I need to find a party to go to when I'm out there. Open to offers, I need
8:44
to go to a Super Bowl party, I know that's a big thing in America. So I digress once again
8:50
let's talk about the runway show the runway show is going to be held on the Saturday and the Sunday
8:56
there are two shows on Saturday and one show on the Sunday so that we can all go to Super Bowl
9:02
parties the show itself is going to be broken up into different categories such as swimwear
9:06
resort wear street wear there's lots of them actually and I'm not featuring in all of them
9:12
because some of these categories don't fit my designs and because I'm going to represent myself
9:17
and my designs I wasn't going to say oh let's make a swimsuit because that's just not me it's not what
9:22
I design so I've really stuck to my you know being true to myself and putting designs that are going
9:29
to be featured that I would design anyway but showcase at the highest possible level. I think
9:36
it's really important for me to recognise that I have achieved that even when I was planning my
9:43
looks back back in goodness knows when November October November time when I first submitted to
9:48
take part I stuck to the types of designs that I do when it comes to crochet garments because that's
9:54
what I enjoy making and what I'm inspired to make as I say I'm really proud that all of my designs
10:00
are size inclusive so everything's available from an extra small all the way up to a 5XL
10:05
and I want to expand on some of the collections that I've already started because I just think
10:10
they're beautiful and I love the stitches that I've used so that's been my main focus when it
10:14
comes to designing for crochet fashion week when I'm designing for size inclusive patterns obviously
10:20
that could be a challenge all in itself you know there's a huge I think I've talked about this
10:24
before there's a huge difference between a body shape that's extra small compared to a 5XL
10:29
and it's not as simple as just increasing the stitch measurements it's ensuring that the shape
10:34
is achieved um to reflect the actual initial design depending on what size is being made so
10:41
maths is not my strong point i love excel spreadsheets and a lot of my maths is done
10:46
in spreadsheets before being double checked so it's this design process that is going to
10:50
unfortunately hold me up with regards to releasing some of these patterns i'm not upset by that it's
10:55
my own fault i want to make sure of course that my patterns are edited and tested before they ever
11:01
reach the hands of someone sat at home crocheting it and I'm happy to do that. I feel very passionate
11:07
about making sure that as many areas that are removed from patterns and that the descriptions
11:12
of the instructions are so simple that anyone can follow them. My original plan as I mentioned
11:18
earlier was for everything to be released and available to purchase on the weekend of crochet
11:23
fashion week and I'm just not going to be able to hit that target. That's also fine because as I
11:29
mentioned, I want them to be accurate, I want them to be correct. I will say, if you are a pattern
11:34
tester, please reach out and get in touch with me, either drop me an email, head to my website
11:38
my email address is on there. I am actively looking for new pattern testers to increase
11:43
my pattern tester pool, so that I can get more patterns tested quicker, because there are a lot
11:49
to get through over the next few months, not even including these ones, I have more things planned
11:54
So if you're a pattern tester, or you want more information about that, feel free to message me
11:59
and I can give you more information. So what I can share with you is there is going to be one
12:03
whole collection launching that weekend of the 11th and 12th of February. The majority of the
12:08
patterns are new, but they're already tested already or in testing currently, so they are
12:13
going to be ready to launch. And I think we'll start with that first design so I can share with
12:18
you what that's going to look like and how excited I am to get them launched. It's a collection
12:23
there are four patterns in this collection, one of which is already available and I'll share that
12:28
with you I'll share the link with you as well shortly so you can be ready to make your spring
12:32
summer collection of garments yourself let's get that first one ready so this beauty which is
12:40
the gloriosa vest is part of that first collection I was telling you about so I'm really proud of
12:49
this vest top it's fully lace I can't show you all the way down this is the one I showed you in
12:54
progress before so it's full length to cover things that need to might need to be covered
13:01
oh this is also my new mannequin if you don't have a tailor's mannequin and you're making
13:08
crochet clothes for yourself or for someone that you love I would highly recommend getting one of
13:12
this this is the first time I've put this vest top onto an appropriately sized mannequin
13:18
and thanks to maths it fits perfectly but when I was using my other mannequin she's just to my side
13:26
here she's a smaller size it was looking I was like oh have I made it wrong why doesn't the maths
13:31
worked out it's fine I can pin it I can make it look good on any size because it's a fabulously
13:35
generously sized vest top but I want it to look its best and this is the size it's been made for
13:41
as you can see on the back it's quite open it is designed for resort wear and this is the
13:48
pièce de résistance it has a racer style back and once this is it's not completely finished I need
13:55
to do the edging but obviously I have a fitting with the models and I want it to fit those models
14:00
so that's waiting to be finished has this beautiful flame stitch all the way down the bottom
14:06
to correspond with the Gloriosa bralette or the Bella bralette. Now this pattern is already on
14:13
the YouTube channel to make your own Bella bralette. It's a nice basic bralette that's super
14:19
comfy to wear and looks really good. It's sized for bra sizes as opposed to small, medium, large
14:26
so it can be more easily adjusted for this bralette as well but I think so it carries through the same
14:32
flame stitch just like a nice lace detail I'm gonna do a little bit of magic on this bralette
14:38
to make it a little bit more jazzy but I'm really happy with this beautiful gloriosa vest top
14:47
what do you think you like it this is pretty much completely finished it's already out testing
14:53
so the bralette is already out we have we have the corresponding shorts with tails
15:00
which will be removed in time so these shorts match this outfit so they've got the same kind
15:07
of highlight of the white they've got the flame stitch all the way down the side to correspond
15:12
with the bralette as well these are also ready for a launch so the whole Gloriosa collection is
15:18
going to be launching on the weekend of crochet fashion week including the vest top the bralette
15:23
the shorts and quick if I snap my fingers maybe it'll work ready three two one
15:31
the gloriosa sweater I've worn this top in a few of my videos before I absolutely love a
15:39
corresponding flame stitch all the way down the sleeve with a highlight on both the cuff which is
15:45
kind of a three-quarter length sleeve and it goes all the way around the neckline you can extend the
15:50
neckline if you want to bring it in a little bit more as well this pattern originally featured in
15:55
Happily Hooked magazine last year and I thought I had released it for general release and I hadn't
16:02
so I've been telling people yeah it's over on my Etsy and my Ravelry shop it's not so this is also
16:06
going to be launching the weekend of crochet fashion week too again it's um not an overly long
16:13
top very casual this top I mentioned at the beginning that I don't want to just do
16:19
simple shapes that are joined together with some sleeves on and this is really an interesting
16:24
pattern because it's not worked as a square it's worked as two t-shapes so as you can see there's
16:30
actually only one seam which is just down here and then the shoulder section is what joins the
16:37
front and the back panels again it's a very beginner friendly pattern the only challenging
16:43
stitch is going to be the flames and they're actually not that difficult again there's going
16:49
to be a video tutorial to learn how to do the flame stitch in the next few weeks too but yeah now this pattern was originally made and will be made in one of my favorites it was made in lion brand kubu now this is shade mauve i think mauve and white beautiful beautiful
17:10
yarn i cannot tell you how much i love this stuff now this yarn here has been provided by kindly
17:17
provided by lion brand which is why this video is marked sponsored content because this yarn was
17:21
provided for this version I didn't buy the yarn myself um at full price just normal yarn shopping
17:29
um but you can see it's just such a flattering fit the yarn creates a beautiful drape so as you
17:35
can see it's just moving with the body it's not clinging um and it's a nice comfy fit as opposed
17:41
to oversized but it is all because of this yarn it's got a very light sheen to it that if you can
17:48
see it's really gentle sheen it's not overly shiny but it's really easy to work with so it's 51
17:55
cotton and 49% rayon from bamboo so it has that eco element to it as well if you're that way
18:01
inclined too so yeah the gloriosa collection is going to be completely ready to launch and I'm so
18:07
excited for it this has been one of my favorite projects ever soon to be superseded and you'll
18:13
see why in a moment when I share one of the next projects with you but yeah this is um they're two
18:19
different looks so one's going to be resort wear this is street wear um so I'm really quite excited
18:26
I'm not going to share with you what this is going to be paired with just yet because I'm going to
18:30
save that for when I finish the project that's one of my currently in progress projects I'm going to
18:35
get rid of this one now because we're going down to a smaller size model so I'm going to show you
18:40
my progress with one of the bigger designs that I'm going to be showcasing on the runway as well
18:45
So this is an extension of an existing pattern so you may already know about my all buttoned up
18:52
vest top that was launched I think 2021 and it uses this beautiful textured stitch
18:58
that is nice and stretchy. I do have this currently pinned to this mannequin again
19:05
checking for sizing before I do my button placement I shared a reel I'm having to hold
19:11
this one firmly because she's useless she wobbles all over the place now I shared a reel of me doing
19:18
these buttonholes just a few days ago and you can see that the project is pretty much complete it is
19:22
missing two essential items for straps there should this design does come with straps it doesn't have
19:30
to it can be worn as strapless but you would need to use some kind of elastic to keep it
19:36
help keep its shape without it slipping down because as you can see it does move even with
19:41
the buttons it will still move that was a pin hang on there we go so very firmly pinned to this
19:49
this is a tight fitting pencil inspired like a pencil skirt dress it is made in two different
19:57
parts so you can customise the shape that you're looking to achieve with the dress you can go for
20:02
um it's made in the top section and the bottom section that you're then joined when you make
20:07
the waistband the waistband is made in a stitch that causes the pattern to cinch in naturally
20:12
but it is a stretchy waistband at the same time so I'm there seems to be a lot of clever elements
20:20
to this design so you can create your dress to fit your bust and then to fit your hips and the
20:27
waist just kind of cinches in naturally not dramatically so obviously depending on what
20:33
your measurements are I'm a little bit of a or what body shape you are it depends what shape you
20:37
are so for instance I kind of go in a bit but not dramatically at my waist believe it or not it can
20:43
go in but that's because it's squishy but most people tend to have their hip to waist ratio
20:49
isn't as dramatic as design books might tell us let's move over a little bit
20:55
so for instance this is actually designed to someone that does have a dramatic
20:59
waist difference so they are um i don't know if i'm allowed to tell you their measurements but
21:05
36 28 36 no it's not that's not right because i did a 34 28 36 so the top is what would be
21:17
considered a size small the hips are considered a size medium and the waist is kind of in between
21:23
the two so no the waist is definitely small so this is made up of a small top medium bottom with
21:29
a small waist and I want this pattern to be personalizable so you're going to be able to
21:35
create the bottom panel the top panel and then join them with the waist that fits your body
21:40
to create a flattering fit that is going to fit all the way around you can really see the
21:47
dramatic change in the sizing here on the waist I hold it up a little bit so much more than from
21:54
the front because of just the way the shaping is done and that yeah and again there's an end it's
22:00
me we're talking about you know how much I hate doing that so again there's going to be straps
22:05
coming over you can leave it strapless this pattern is also in testing I am looking for
22:11
some more testers for this one I'm going to put a call out on my Instagram probably today or tomorrow so if you're not following me on Instagram go over there to check out the tester
22:21
kind of recruitment call for this dress as well I only have size medium being made at the moment
22:28
so I need a few more testers for this one but yeah so I'm incredibly proud of this design so
22:34
this is a look all on its own there's also going to be another streetwear look using just the vest
22:39
top and a brand new skirt design that's in progress so I can't share with share that with
22:45
you just yet needless to say you might spot there's a bit of a theme running through all of these looks
22:51
and it's all the different decades so this for me is the epitone of kind of 60s glamour so the
23:00
tight-fitting pencil skirt kind of late 60s going into most sorry probably early 60s and the next
23:07
design I'm going to share with you is most definitely 70s inspired so you'll see that
23:14
there's a bit of a almost a process of history going through some of these designs and I've
23:20
picked colours and shapes that are most definitely going to be recognisable as different um different
23:27
decades so the vest top that's being um made same stitch just literally the top half of this pattern
23:33
with straps um it's got a little bit of a longer it comes down to probably where the waist is
23:38
and that's going to be teamed with a 1990s a-line skirt might be styled to 70s depends how much i
23:48
get away with it depends on the colors when i get around to finishing it but the skirt itself
23:52
i've already mentioned i think it's going to be made in the furls wonder yarn again this is
23:58
sponsored yarn it was gifted to me kindly by Furls Crochet there's a link in the description
24:03
box for you to go and check out again huge fan of this acrylic yarn it's 100% acrylic yarn it's
24:11
worsted weight and it's the thickest yarn I'm using in any of my patterns most of the patterns
24:15
are using DK weight yarn because you get more of a drape with a thinner yarn however an A-line skirt
24:24
needs shaping I'm using a worsted weight yarn with a smaller hook to really give that firm
24:30
fabric so that the a-line skirt will keep its shape really well now this design is still in
24:35
its conceptual phase it is finished in the fact that the square is the right size for the model
24:42
that I'm making it for and the corresponding granny square element is also ready to be joined
24:49
Now obviously I couldn't make a garment without using some granny squares so I couldn't resist
24:55
When I saw this colour combination, literally shouted at me, 1970s, literally granny, granny
25:03
granny. But of course this is not going to be your grandma's crochet, this is going to be something
25:08
that is going to be wearable and practical at the same time. I wanted of course to have just made a
25:16
square in granny square but even I have limits as to how holy patterns should be when they worn close to the skin some people might not mind but if your nip slip here is more guaranteed to happen as opposed to with something as a nice solid granny
25:32
square as this so this pattern is going to be finished with some unusual ties I've only got
25:40
that pin there so you can see the color combination obviously at the moment she's pretty much naked at
25:44
the back and that's probably going to remain the same there's going to be a join around the back
25:49
and of course a join here I'm not going to share with you squeaky squeaky I'm not going to share
25:55
with you how it's going to be joined this needs a good old block to loosen up these stitches so the
25:59
drape is a bit better but I'm not going to share with you the material that I'm going to be using
26:04
because that's going to be the technical element in this pattern release it is ready to go this
26:09
pattern has 100% been tested you may already have made it if you can identify it pop it in the
26:14
comments if you can let me know what granny square I have used to create this element for this design
26:20
I'm really excited to share it with you and the technique that I'm going to be using to create the
26:25
actual top because it's going to be a little bit different definitely far out of what far out from
26:31
the 70s definitely far out of what I have done before and if I'm completely honest there may need
26:38
to be a variation made for me to consider wearing this because I would need to wear a strapless bra
26:43
or one of those like you know just the things that do something with the girls because that
26:49
would not be practical for me they'd be hanging out at the side here but I have checked with the
26:53
model and she's very happy measurements fit and I just think it's a stunning splash of colour
26:58
I do like this orange it does look fabulous on against skin so yeah a nice simple one but this
27:06
is going to be the more challenging element for me to get these to join in the most flattering
27:11
way possible I have mapped out how I'm going to do it and again this pattern is going to be out
27:17
for testing probably within the next seven days I keep mentioning pattern testing because I really
27:22
need some more pattern testers because you know lots of things need to happen so this is an existing
27:29
design it's currently available as a free pattern as a guest post on somebody else's blog now it
27:35
doesn't have a youtube tutorial so I'm going to be marking that on my to-do list for as soon as I
27:40
get back from Atlanta this has been one of my favorite patterns that I've designed it uses the
27:46
running rings granny square so this is a granny square that I designed a couple of years ago that
27:51
it's been featured on a lot of different patterns it's been used in cushions it's been used in
27:57
baubles it's been used in so many different things and what it does is it takes a circular granny
28:02
into a granny square but this one goes into a top again very festival feels very
28:10
1970s perhaps it could be considered depending on what color it was made in but I'm hoping to get
28:17
that remade if I don't get a chance to do it I don't think it's going to affect the look that
28:23
I'm going for on the runway so I'm not overly concerned but I do want to get it re-released
28:26
with a video tutorial I get a couple of queries on it with regards to adjusting the pattern and
28:31
making it your own so I want to answer all of those as well well I don't know if I'm happy that
28:39
I've made so much progress or I'm panicking about how much is left to do because there is still
28:44
quite huge amounts to do I'm gonna move you around a little bit because I have a lot of time left if
28:51
that makes sense remembering that I only work part-time everything for my website is kind of
28:57
pretty much done for the next month or so I've made it so that it will run itself for as much as
29:02
possible I do need to be sharing a little bit more of behind the scenes with you because there's so
29:07
much going on it's hard for me to keep up sharing everything because I want to keep moving on to the
29:13
next thing but I do want to share a little bit more of my process with you as time goes on
29:17
we do do have new patterns coming to the website and the blog and to YouTube in the coming weeks
29:24
as well there oh you can see one behind me you've got that eagle eye going on this is coming out in
29:31
February um it's going to be a different kind of teapot cozy because no matter what size your teapot
29:35
is it's going to fit which is very exciting going to show you how to do that and we've got
29:40
um a new YouTube video coming out for an existing pattern not going to share that with you now I'm
29:46
going to leave that as a bit of a surprise that's right at the end of January and we have a new
29:50
pattern coming out just a nice technique kind of pattern that's coming out I want to say the 22nd
29:57
of January uh this year as well so they'll all be coming out so make sure you have subscribed
30:03
to the channel because all of these are in progress and coming they're all done actually
30:06
they're all ready to launch with you I've just got to set the dates so that everything goes live
30:10
so that's all done so my own only real focus right now is getting these patterns finished
30:17
and ready to showcase on the runway I have four full weeks like that's a lot of time for me
30:22
if you really if I was to share with you how much I had to do just literally like 10 days ago
30:28
you'd be quite shocked at how much I've got done um and I'm not because it's just the way I work
30:34
I like a deadline and it certainly makes me work a little bit quicker I am going to go and crack on
30:41
and get some more crocheting done. At the moment I have, I'm doing a bit of a pattern remake so
30:47
it's just me stitching away alongside getting these shorts finished. These will be finished
30:52
I think I'll have these done by the end of Saturday so I will be able to share the joining
30:57
process with you. I want to record all of that as well so that you can get making your own pairs of
31:01
granny square shorts. They're going to be a little bit different to what you've normally seen out in
31:05
the ether because these are going to be a really flattering fit, you know me I want them to be
31:09
able to be suitable for all bodies or everybody so I'm going to try and make these a really
31:16
flattering fit depending on regardless of your body shape they're going to be fit more flatteringly
31:21
most definitely um what else goodness yeah so my head's very much a blur this is why I have to
31:30
push away those kind of worrying or intrusive thoughts about not getting done not getting
31:36
finished, I just have to keep going because if I start thinking about how much I have to do, I won't
31:41
get anything done and that's my nature. I'm well aware of my kind of limitations when it comes to
31:46
that. So it is just a case right now of pushing through and getting things done. I will be updating
31:51
you over the coming weeks as well. I'll aim to do a weekly update, not necessarily on a Friday
31:56
it might be a week on Tuesday, I'll give you another update so that I can show, look, this is
32:00
how much I've got done. But honestly, that is where I am right now. I have ends to weave in
32:05
I have buttons to sew on it's kind of so those five designs six designs are just finishing off
32:11
and polishing I've got three projects in progress that will all be finished probably by the end of
32:17
this weekend because that's how far along they are and that only leaves me a couple more designs
32:21
to get done and dusted it's a lot but totally doable this is you know this is my main focus
32:29
I can get this done so I'm gonna pose the question so far which is your favourite design
32:36
I'd love to know if any of those are like oh my god I need to make that for you um as I said I'm
32:42
gonna pop some links in the description box for you so that you can go ahead and get started on
32:47
your Bella Bralette right away um the written pattern breaks down which cup size you need to
32:52
make it's all linked in the description box for you I probably popped a card on the top right hand
32:57
corner as that kind of flashed up as that pattern if not head to the description box as well but
33:02
I hope you've enjoyed my update with just four weeks to go still loads to do I'm so excited for
33:09
it and I have more than enough time left to get everything done thank you so much for joining me
33:14
