Creamy Garden Fish Pasta

I made this Creamy Garden Fish Pasta for my mum when she was in the mood for fish and pasta. I cooked the fish with leek, spinach and tomatoes, then brought everything together with spaghetti, sweet potato, cheese and a creamy sauce.
