hey guys today I be making for you two
0:02
different omelets they would do
0:04
different types of people one who like a
0:08
more traditional approach one will love
0:10
the egg whites want to show you how to
0:11
do them both and how you can make
0:14
changes to your regular breakfast to
0:17
make it more healthy and delicious at
0:19
the same time so let's get started right
0:22
now for our regular omelet we're going
0:23
to get 2 large eggs 2 green chilies
0:26
depending on the heat you can use latter
0:28
if you want when you use some of this
0:31
red onion and for the egg where I'm
0:33
going to use but a cup of egg whites and
0:36
some asparagus so let's get started on
0:39
prepping the asparagus that's the first
0:41
thing so here I'm not going heating on
0:43
medium heat and I print my asparagus at
0:48
an angle here that's just for the look
0:49
so but I cut off the woody part and can
0:53
get a feel perfect I like bend it and it
0:57
won't break at the woody part so the
1:01
moment it's easy to break that's the
1:04
perfect spot and that's how you from the
1:06
star this I'm going to add in some oil
1:09
on my pan here then add in my asparagus
1:16
start cooking up some salt and pepper so
1:25
now you want to cook this asparagus
1:26
until it's fork-tender and just keep
1:30
stirring it around and you can put a lid
1:33
on it too
1:34
this can help to cook faster I'm going
1:36
to do that right now the next bag that
1:39
is all ready now I'm going to take this
1:41
out running on a plate with some paper
1:42
towels to absorb all the extra oil now
1:46
to make the first outlet I have put my
1:47
ingredients menu into my green chilies
1:49
with some whole eggs in my bowl here I'm
1:52
going to season this with some salt and
1:54
pepper and I have my fan here heating on
1:57
medium heat will melt some butter in and
2:01
once the butter stops forming we're
2:04
going to put our eggs and
2:07
but everywhere make sure it's coated and
2:13
so you want to make sure you use a
2:15
really nice non-stick pan it's going to
2:18
make your life much easier and it's
2:20
going to make picking eggs a lot of fun
2:23
so now a butter has stopped foaming I'm
2:26
going to quickly whisk up my eggs then
2:33
add it up and make sure to tilt the pan
2:45
around make sure egg the egg is coated
2:47
evenly all around the pan I have the
2:50
pleasure of having a stove which is not
2:52
steady which is not straight and this
2:55
makes cooking really a lot of fun so I
2:59
neither like work around that so that's
3:02
why I kind of like want to turn my pan
3:05
on the other side to make sure it's
3:07
heating evenly and it's cooking evenly
3:10
on inside I don't have to cook faster
3:13
I'm going to put a lid on it's going to
3:15
catch capture the heat cook the top of
3:17
the omelette at the bottom cooks too as
3:21
mentioned we return my Abbot to make
3:23
sure the other side is getting cooked to
3:25
as evenly as the first side so you can
3:29
see the top is cooked evenly and it's
3:32
got a nice pan and everything went well
3:35
eggs should literally just slide around
3:38
the dancer on the pan just like that now
3:41
you can fold it in the classic French
3:44
way in two halves here in thirds
3:47
that'll make like a rectangular shape
3:49
and I kind of want to have a Halfmoon
3:52
shape today so just like that and now
3:56
simply slide it down on your plate so
4:00
with some yummy buttered toast beans
4:03
sausage whatever you like that's the
4:06
perfect classic my favorite omelet with
4:09
some green chilies and onions a deadly
4:12
combination it's
4:13
so now let's start on the what I find a
4:17
more difficult I'm going to cook goes
4:19
backwards and it doesn't have the same
4:21
properties as your egg yolks and now I'm
4:24
going to start cooking that again have
4:26
my same pan heating on medium heat and
4:29
this time I'm going to use olive oil
4:31
instead of butter and sis to make of
4:35
healthy alternatives but those hitting
4:38
the gym this week again spread that all
4:40
over around and let's just come up a bit
4:43
more of the heat still a bit cold so now
4:47
while this heats up I'm going to add in
4:49
my egg white again some salt to taste
4:52
some freshly ground pepper cut around we
4:58
don't want to make with eggs things stop
5:04
now add in our egg and again put the lid
5:14
on let's just cook up so again we'll
5:18
come my time to make sure it's being
5:19
heated evenly on each side make sure
5:23
it's cooked evenly
5:25
just keep it on medium low and cook this
5:29
gently it's been about a minute or two
5:32
just keep checking you want to make sure
5:34
there's no running cost on the top so
5:37
again if everything went well you
5:39
actually just down through on the pan
5:41
like that if you have a nice plan that
5:43
really helps now for this and I'm going
5:48
to add in some asparagus right down here
5:52
and we gonna respect our leader take a
5:55
half moon
5:59
a little bit there again turn up our gas
6:06
and slide it out there you have it guys
6:14
here's a more classic more traditional
6:18
omelet with some green chilies and
6:21
onions you can add whatever favorite
6:22
toppings that you like to ask if you
6:25
don't like it disclaim but I love this
6:27
omelet and here is the healthier one
6:31
made with some olive oil paragraphs and
6:34
egg whites and they're both super
6:36
delicious please like my video guys and
