Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America, and as if being defeated in her own home state wasn't humiliating enough
0:08
there was more humiliation for Nikki Haley. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share, and subscribe
0:16
Those little things really help us out, and they help our channel continue to grow
0:21
So Nikki Haley was defeated, eviscerated, annihilated, destroyed in her home state of South Carolina
0:29
The little bit that she did get probably came from a lot of Independent and Democrat voters who
0:35
crossed over to vote for her in the Republican primary. But, frighteningly
0:42
this woman does not want to get out of the race. She wants to keep... she has a mission. What that mission is
0:49
you guys decide. But what I want you to watch was actually so much more humiliating to Nikki Haley
0:56
than you could possibly imagine. Now keep in mind, she was the governor of
1:00
South Carolina. I want you to watch all three major news networks call this race
1:06
within seconds of the polls closing. Seconds. The ultimate humiliation for Nikki Haley, who apparently is
1:17
impervious to being humiliated because she's like the Energizer Bunny of politics. She keeps going and going and going
1:24
So I want you to watch this video, have a nice laugh, and then like, comment, share, and subscribe. It really helps us out
1:32
I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America. We love you guys. God bless you. Take care, everybody
1:39
It is 7 p.m. here on the East Coast and the polls are officially closed in the state of South Carolina. Good evening
1:45
I'm Brett Baier. And good evening, everybody. I'm Martha McCallum, live here at Fox News headquarters in New York for our special coverage of the South Carolina
1:53
Republican primary. And the Fox News Decision Desk can now project that former President
1:59
Donald Trump will win the state's GOP primary. Trump now has three times as many delegates as former Governor Nikki Haley, and then with these tonight
2:08
he could add up to 50 more. A lot of suspense tonight. Not a lot. Haley could not convert her hometown
2:16
advantage to get most. Some people think he could get them all. All right, polling places are about to close in South Carolina. Five seconds left in the GOP presidential
2:25
primary fight between Donald Trump and Nikki Haley. And right now, we can make a major projection
2:32
CNN projects that Donald Trump will win the South Carolina Republican primary
2:37
defeating former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley in her home state and
2:41
securing his fourth major early victory in the GOP primary season. The former president taking another critical step
2:48
toward winning his third Republican presidential nominee. Republican primary in Nevada was a complicated situation and we will get some
2:56
results starting to come in. And the polls have now closed at 7 p.m
3:06
We are waiting to see whether we will have a call in one direction or another or a too early to call
3:14
That has been the case in a few of the contests we've had and as you can see there
3:17
and I'm learning this as I see it on your screen myself. We do have a call
3:22
We have projected a winner at polls closing and that projected winner, of course, is the essential
3:28
incumbent in this race, Donald Trump, the previous president before Joe Biden, the person who seems to be in a
3:34
poll position for the nomination. We're making that call at 7 p.m. and about seven seconds
