Hunter Biden's Attorney Terrified Of New Special Counsel Investigation - Fears 'MAGA' Forces

Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America, and Hunter Biden's

attorney is really afraid, and he's really afraid of former President Donald Trump

Actually, I should take it a step further. He's not just afraid of Donald Trump, he's afraid of you

He's afraid of what you're going to cause to happen to his client, like, you know, justice

He was sitting with Caitlyn Collins on CNN, where he basically said, you know, look, whatever

my client did wrong, he did wrong, and he's admitted to it, he was ready to plead guilty

but then the plea deal fell apart, and now this special counsel, he's afraid

Ready for this? He's afraid that the special counsel is going to be influenced by former President Trump

And MAGA forces. MAGA forces. What is MAGA forces? Is that like a division of GI Joe

Is that a new cartoon coming to the Cartoon Network? What is MAGA forces

I don't know, but I like the idea of it. It could be a comic book, it could be anything

Maybe a little toy line. MAGA forces. If you're out there and you're creative, make something, let us see it

But I want you to see the interview right here, and take a look at what he says

So why, after grand jury proceedings, search warrants, interviews, and proceedings that

came up with two tax misdemeanors and one diverted gun charge for the 11 days that Hunter

possessed a gun, should there be a conclusion, notwithstanding that he has a new name

That should not be the case. But can you answer the question about whether or not you're, from what you know, if you're

confident that this won't in any way link back to the president

What I know is what the evidence has revealed. I mean, that is what people should focus on

It's not as if this started yesterday or a week. It started for five years with so many people in the United States, including with the power

of subpoenas, as Mr. Weiss has had, to look at every transaction that Hunter was engaged

in, in any place in the world in which he was engaged. And what did they come up with

They came up with the decision that the only two charges to file were two misdemeanors

and a gun diverted charge. Not any of the other things that the MAGA right wing have been yelling from money laundering

to foreign corruption to foreign agent, none of that. It's not as if that wasn't looked into

And now the conclusion was reached. So do I know that that will change in the future

It shouldn't change. This is not a new special counsel. This is an investigation that's gone on for five years, leading to only those particular charges

So how should it be different tomorrow? It shouldn't be. Okay, so again, if your client is innocent, then you shouldn't have anything to worry

about, right? I mean, aren't you the guys that always tell us nobody's above the law, especially when

it comes to Donald Trump, right? Nobody's above the law. But when it comes to Hunter Biden, you're afraid of a little old investigation

Are you trying to say that special counsels go above and beyond to try to find something

to prosecute? Because you just thought the special counsel was fair, right

If it's Jack Smith, you're not worried about the special counsel. But when it's Hunter Biden, now you're frightened of MAGA forces

Maybe your client needs to, I don't know, for once in his life, actually be accountable

for something, actually be held responsible for something. The man's in his 50s, and I don't think he's ever been held responsible for anything in

his life because his last name is Biden. So maybe he's actually going to have to face the music this time
