Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and Fannie Willis
0:05
The nightmares just keep piling up for her. And I love it
0:10
Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share and subscribe
0:15
I'm going to go a little further here though guys, because we're really trying to get this
0:19
channel to grow, especially for the next election. We want this channel to take off and give the truth to the people
0:26
So I'm going to take it a step further. I want you to tell your friends about this channel and have them subscribe
0:31
If each one of you did that, this channel would explode and we could produce the message
0:37
for Trump in 2024 to a wider audience. So any help you can give, we'd love you and appreciate you for it
0:45
Now, Fannie Willis, she's not going to appreciate it because she doesn't want you to hear this stuff
0:51
Fannie Willis' world is coming apart. She thought when she took this Trump case, it was going to make her career
0:58
Looks like it's going to break her career. Now, not only is she facing a disqualification, which in the coming weeks that judge is going
1:06
to decide on, for her illicit affair with fellow prosecutor Nathan Wade, who, I mean
1:13
come on, this guy cheated on his wife with this woman, you know, and then goes on nationally
1:18
and talks about it. How much more can you humiliate your ex-wife
1:23
Then they claim that she paid him back for all the things he bought her, but in cash
1:27
and you know, it's untraceable because we don't have a record of it. So we have that
1:32
Then after this, if it's found out that she perjured herself on that stand, she's looking
1:38
at disbarment. She's looking at possible prison sentence. Her butt could be behind bars when this is all said and done
1:45
And now she's facing challenges from both the left and the right in November's election
1:52
A new Republican, Courtney Kramer, who worked for the Trump White House, categorizes herself
1:58
as a MAGA attorney, has announced that she will be campaigning against Fannie Willis
2:04
this November. And as if that's not enough, there's another guy from her left that has filed paperwork
2:13
though not declared his candidacy yet. He's still mulling it over, but he's filed the paperwork to run against her
2:18
It's the same guy who ran against her in 2020. And you know, when she was doing that, she said, you know, I won't be one of those district
2:27
attorneys like our last one who has an affair with his underlings while in office
2:32
Boy did that soundbite come back to haunt her. You know, Fannie Willis, her entire world right now is falling apart
2:39
I want you to watch an older video. This is from August, but it's very telling of the woman who is now challenging Fannie
2:48
Willis for her spot. First of all, beautiful woman. Second of all, very smart woman, young woman who really wants to crack down on crime in
2:56
an area that's crime ridden. Watch this video and then please give me your opinions when you like, comment, share and subscribe
3:04
I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America. We love you guys. God bless you
3:09
Take care, everybody. Courtney, what the hell is going on here? John, like I said, she spent two and a half years on this investigation
3:18
She had to do something. You know, she had to convene a grand jury. She had to, you know, push that grand jury, in my opinion, to bring these charges
3:26
I thought it was interesting yesterday in her press conference that she said everyone is innocent until proven guilty
3:32
But I think that the way the media has portrayed this, they have basically painted everybody
3:37
as guilty. And that is not how the rule of law is supposed to work
3:41
That's not how our justice system works. I think that this is a complete deleriction of duty
3:46
I think it is going to create a chilling effect on anybody who challenges an election properly
3:52
and under the Georgia election code, like President Trump did. And it also begs the question of why is Fannie Willis bringing this
3:59
If you look at Arizona and Michigan, the attorney generals in both of those states brought the
4:03
lawsuits against their electors for challenging the election. So why Fannie? And why now
4:09
I think that in the coming months, she said that she wants to try to have this trial within
4:13
six months. I think that that's absolutely unrealistic. There's going to be a ton of motions that are going to be filed, barring whichever judge
4:20
is actually going to pick this case up. I think you're going to see a lot of evidence come out in the coming months and the coming
4:27
year that is going to vindicate all of these defendants. I think what they did was proper
4:33
They did it with authority. And what they did is they stood up for freedom
4:37
And I think that this just shows that the left is persecuting every Republican they
4:43
can, any conservative they can just to try to win. And this is a absolute expansion of RICO
4:49
Let's just be real. There's never been a former president, a president or anybody that's been indicted under RICO
4:55
for election charges. That's absolutely unfathomable, in my opinion. But I think that just once discovery starts happening, you're going to see some of these
5:04
communications coming out, these emails coming out of what happened during that time
5:08
And I think you're going to see that what happened with David Schafer and with President
5:12
Trump and with everybody involved, what they did was lawful. You know, Courtney, you were there right in the middle of this
5:21
So that's why I really wanted to have you on today. At any point in any of the things that you did during the end of 2020 or the beginning
5:30
of 21, as we were looking into this stuff, did you in your mind think that anything you
5:35
guys were doing was even remotely, possibly illegal? Not at all. Everything that we did was justified under the law
5:44
We I pretty much memorized the our election code book. It was like our Bible at the time
5:50
I think that every step of the way what we did was lawful
5:53
I think every step of the way what all the lawyers did was lawful
5:57
And also, let's be honest, you're supposed to zealously advocate for your clients
6:02
So all the lawyers that are being charged here, I can't believe that she's doing that
6:06
just because she obviously feels like she has evidence. However, our code of ethics says that you are supposed to zealously advocate for your client
6:15
And I think every single one of these lawyers did that and they did it perfectly
6:20
So we were going through all this, Courtney Kramer, and you've been with us from the beginning
6:25
And I just want to thank you for how many times you've come on and given your time up
6:31
here for a very long time. You've been with this thing from the beginning
6:36
And so as I did that tour in Georgia, ended up buying a radio station there, AM 1690
6:43
because I was we were just so upset with what got on. But there's 150,000 absentee ballots sitting in a warehouse in Fulton County that multiple
6:52
lawsuits have been filed. Judge Amiro now back in control of it, just trying to get a forensic audit
6:58
The purpose of the forensic audit is that we have six affidavits by election veterans
7:04
alleging that up to 30,000 of those ballots were fake, fake, F.A.K.E. Fake
7:11
Fake means not like somebody didn't sign it. No, fake. Ran through a copy machine and then jammed in the scanner
7:18
That's the allegation. Six affidavits. Never have we had a forensic audit
7:25
They're still sitting in a warehouse. Why not? I think that no judge wants to actually issue this audit
7:33
I think that what you're the problem you've seen across the board, even with trying to
7:37
get a hearing for President Trump back in early 2021, is that no judge wants to touch this
7:43
I think you're going to see that going forward with body's case as well. No judge wants to touch this
7:47
It's so almost toxic just to even have this being brought against the president
7:54
But like you said, that's another sign that what they did in 2020, they're vindicated
8:00
There's proof that there was misconduct and fraud and irregularities. And that's why President Trump brought the lawsuit
8:06
Everything that you've seen come out since 2020 vindicates what they did
8:10
That is why, in my opinion, this indictment is absolutely frivolous. I think that the evidence that's come to light is going to be proven at trial if they get
8:20
to that point, you know, barring any motions to dismiss, which I'm sure every single person
8:24
is going to file. I hope they do. Like I said, I do think it's a frivolous lawsuit
8:29
And you have so much evidence in favor of these defendants. So like you said, with these ballots, that's just one piece of evidence, along with the
8:37
Dropbox videos and everything else that we experienced in 2020. You know, Courtney, their objective here is clear
8:47
They want to put Trump in jail before the election. And it's a state, county thing, so he can't pardon himself
