'Daddy Owes You' - Biden's Invitation To Kids Ignites Firestorm

Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and Joe Biden may

have just said the creepiest thing he's ever said in his entire career and you guys have

seen some of the creep show comments he's made. This one I promise you literally takes the cake and the ice cream too

So Joe Biden was speaking to an audience this week, it was yesterday I believe, it

was on Wednesday, was speaking to an audience and giving one of his Joe Biden speeches and

there was children, there was children in the audience and Joe Biden and children is

almost always a recipe for creepy comments. I don't think he means them to be creepy, I really, I may be the only Republican in

the world that gives him the benefit of the doubt on this. I think he's an old man and I think he doesn't know what he's saying half the time because

I think a normal grown man would not say what he said here

I'm going to let you watch the video and then we'll talk about it

I want to say one thing to your children. I know some really great ice cream places around here and daddy owes you

Talk to me afterwards. Okay, so first he says daddy owes you

He talks about knowing ice cream places, he says daddy owes you and then he says come

see me after the event. Now I don't believe he really wanted the children to come see him after the event

I don't believe he thought there was even a remote possibility the children would come

see him after the event. I think he meant this as a quip, you know, some kind of light-hearted comment

I really believe that. You guys may disagree with me and that's fine. I believe he meant it as a light-hearted comment

I just don't think he understands that in 2023 there are certain things you can't say

Actually I don't think you could say that at any time in history, modern history anyway

That's a weird thing to say. Can you imagine if another grown man said that to your kids or any group of kids

Hey daddy owes you, I know some good ice cream places, come see me after this event

What would you do? What would you do if somebody said that to one of your children

I would be furious. I don't want to say what I would do because I can't say it here because I can't

But I think you have an idea of what another grown man would say if somebody said that

to his children. To me, again I think it's the senility that I believe he has

I have no evidence of it. I have no proof that he's senile at all

I'm not a medical doctor. I'm no expert. I'm just judging from my own perspective that I believe there is cognitive issues here with

this man. That's the only thing that makes something like that make sense to me

Why would you possibly, possibly tell a children to come see you about ice cream after an event

in front of their parents and saying daddy owes you? And then the crowd laughs

The crowd laughs. Can you imagine if former President Donald Trump said this

And it's not just this one incident. If it was just one incident, you could brush it off

But it's incident after incident after incident after incident with small children, sniffing

them, hugging them too close, hugging them too long. And I, again, I may be the only Republican in the world that doesn't think he means harm

by this. I just don't. I just think he's an old man and maybe he's very affectionate

I don't know. I want to believe. Let me put it that way. I want to believe that he doesn't mean it in the way it sounds

I want to believe that because he still is the President of the United States and I don't

want to believe he's a creep show. Although there is some evidence potentially that I don't want to talk about it

The point is I don't want to believe that the President of the United States is a creeper

Whether I voted for him or not, and I didn't, I don't want to believe the man that sits

in the White House as the President of the United States is a creeper

But that's for you guys to judge. I'm not here to impart my opinion on you and make it yours
