Hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and Fannie
0:04
Willis just got the news that could end her career immediately. Before we get
0:10
started please make sure you like, comment, share and subscribe. Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow
0:18
Guys, Fannie Willis, I know she's been through a lot. You got the scandal with
0:23
her lover. You've got now the house is investigating her. Judicial Wash has just
0:29
filed a lawsuit against her and now the governor of Georgia has signed a law
0:33
which he says is not aimed at her but it certainly appears to be aimed at her and
0:39
a lot of Democrats believe so too. This new law gives the Commission that he
0:44
formed last year to oversee prosecutors. It now gives them the ability to create
0:50
their own criteria for why they would go after prosecutors without having to go
0:57
first through the Georgia Supreme Court as the previous law allowed. This law
1:02
will allow the much more MAGA centric legislature in Georgia which is a lot
1:08
less MAGA than the governor Brian Kemp who has a feud with Donald Trump. It
1:13
will allow them to go directly after Fannie Willis to say that she's violating her oath of office, that she's being a rogue prosecutor. Rogue being the
1:21
key word. That she's not really enforcing crime in her city. She's spending her
1:25
time going after Donald Trump instead of going after the mass of crime in
1:29
Fulton County which is really off the charts. This bill to me seems to be
1:35
directly aimed at her, this legislation, and now it's the law. They could go after
1:40
her almost immediately. Now of course the House leader says, well you know this
1:46
bill is not aimed at any one particular individual. I don't think so and Fannie
1:51
Willis's people don't appear to think so and Democrats don't appear to think so because they're furious about it. I want you to watch the signing here. I want you
1:59
to watch what Brian Kemp says and does in this video particularly what he says
2:05
because it's very important. I believe you're gonna see the end of Fannie
2:08
Willis with this legislation. I want to know what you guys think so please let
2:13
me know in the comments when you like, comment, share, and subscribe because again especially during an election season it really does help us out
2:21
I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America. We love you guys. God bless you. Take care
2:27
everybody. Today I'll gladly sign SB 332 into law finishing an important process
2:33
that we started last year with SB 92. This legislation will help us ensure
2:39
rogue or incompetent prosecutors are held accountable if they refuse to uphold the law. As we know all too well crime has been on the rise across the
2:49
country and it's especially prevalent in cities where prosecutors are giving criminals a free pass or failing to put them behind bars due to lack of
2:58
professional conduct. When out of touch prosecutors put politics over public safety, the community suffers and people and property are put at risk. Today we
3:09
are renewing our commitment that we won't forfeit public safety for prosecutors who let criminals off the hook. Georgians deserve better and they
3:18
deserve to feel safe in their own communities. So again I want to thank
3:23
Senator Robertson, President Pro Tem Kennedy, leaders Gooch and F. Strachan and Representative Gullet and Gaines for their work on this legislation and
3:34
seeing it through the finish line. And with that I'll ask all you guys to come
3:37
up and join us and we'll get a get this bill signed and take a picture too. So congratulations
