REPUBLICANS DID IT! - Biden Blindsided Hours Before State Of The Union

Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and Republicans Have Done It

And Democrats, well they're on notice. And it all happened right before the State of the Union

Address and Biden has been blindsided. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment

to grow. So Joe Biden is giving his State of the Union tonight and he's going to tout the economy

and he's going to tout all kinds of things that are his accomplishments that nobody really sees as accomplishments unless you're in some kind of bubble where all you do

is drink Democrat Kool-Aid all day. In other words, MSNBC. But unless you're there, people

know what the economy is. They can look at their bank accounts. They can go to the store and buy

groceries and wonder why they have one bag when a year ago, two years ago, three years ago, they

would have three bags for the same price. They'd have to wonder that. People wonder that. And so

you could tell them the economy is doing great. You can bang it from the rooftops on a drum

but people see what they see. Be that as it may, one of the things people see is a rampant illegal

immigration issue in this country. A crisis at the border and Americans are suffering for it every

single day. They're paying with their property. They're paying with their goods. They're paying

with their taxes and sometimes they're paying with their lives. Today, right before the State

of the Union, Republicans took action and they passed the Lakin-Riley Act and I'm going to have

Fox News explain to you what it is and why Democrats, many of them, most of them, voted against it

Lakin-Riley bill just passed. What's your reaction to that and how does that change things

Well, first of all, House Republicans stand strongly for securing our borders and Lakin-Riley's

desk was avoidable and it is a tragedy because of Joe Biden's dangerous open border policies

and what's a disgrace is that you have many, many Democrats who voted against this important bill

and this evening we will have an empty chair honoring Lakin-Riley in the House Republicans

speakers' balcony. So this is very important for us to continue to show leadership where Joe Biden

has failed and this border is a catastrophe of Joe Biden's doing and it's leading to the loss

of innocent lives. So my heart goes out to Lakin's parents. We grieve for them and we are going to

continue to stand strongly for our legislation, Secure the Border Act, which would have avoided

this unnecessary loss of life. We know that is so important to you because you're bringing Brandon

Budlong, a border patrol agent and president of the National Border Patrol Council. That person

will be accompanying you to the State of the Union address tonight. We know the president's

going to try to deflect the blame he's getting for this crisis and say it's Republicans' fault

the Biden-Harris t-shirt that he's wearing coming over the border. Listen. So he was, he then had to ask who it was on his shirt. He was told it's the president
