Christie Makes Shocking Statement Before Exiting Race - No One Saw This Coming

Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and Chris Christie has shocked the world and not because he dropped out of the presidential race which we all saw coming, but there was something else

So Chris Christie, on Wednesday, finally dropped out of the presidential race he had no chance in to begin with

It was like that guy that stays in the poker hand even though he's got nothing and waits for the next two cards just to see what happens

That was Chris Christie except he knew that the next two cards weren't going to help him anyway

So he made his announcement on Wednesday that he was leaving the presidential race and the reason he said he was leaving is because he didn't want to do anything to enable former President Donald Trump from becoming president again

And presumably what he meant is he's taking votes away from Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis

I believe that Chris Christie's votes will not go to Trump. They will go to somebody against Trump, but it's not enough to bridge the gap

He has single digits in the polls. It's not enough to bridge the gap for Nikki Haley or Ron DeSantis or anybody to run up and challenge Trump

But even Chris Christie doesn't think anybody's going to defeat Donald Trump

That's the actual news here. See, Christie was caught on a hot mic absolutely lambasting Nikki Haley and he was starting to go against or starting to shred Ron DeSantis before the hot mic got cut

I want you to hear this audio clip and I want you to tell me what you think he was about to say about Ron DeSantis because he says Ron DeSantis was in a panic or he's paranoid

So I want to hear your thoughts on that. I also really want to hear your thoughts on what he says about Nikki Haley

This is a really, really good audio clip. I think Trump should actually use it for his ads to be honest with you

Put Chris Christie's face up there with him saying these things. Freaking fantastic in my opinion
