Trump New York Case Backfires On Democrats - Bombshell Revelation Stuns White House

continue to grow. So former President Trump was outside of the Manhattan courthouse yesterday

where he didn't need to be. He was trying to draw attention to a witness who was there who was

actually corroborating his story. So he didn't have to be there he chose to go there and he's

at the courthouse and they're starting to ask him questions you know about the Republican candidates

and the debate what they were saying about him. He didn't want nothing to do with that. He believes

and I don't blame him he's already got the nomination locked right. But what he did have

to say is really tough news for the Democrats and for Joe Biden's White House and for other

Republicans that are competing against him because it looks like their plan has backfired

Now Trump was absolutely gloating about this and I don't blame him. So again I want you to watch

Very nice. And it shouldn't go forward. The other thing we're asking is that

and we're asking actually the media to look at we won as you know in the court of appeals

and the judge refuses to honor that victory. This is the first that anybody can find. When you win

in the court of appeals the judge has no choice but to honor. This judge didn't. This was like

something happened a number of years ago where a developer had zoning and the zoning was done

and completed and this judge didn't like the zoning so he vetoed it and he said Zucker allowed

the building to be built and then the court of appeals overturned him. But this is a case that

should have never been brought. This is a witch hunt. This is election interference at a level

that has never seen before. It comes out of the DOJ, the White House in order to hurt a political

opponent. And actually it's driving up my pulse because the people of our country get it

Phone numbers are the highest I've ever had and the people of our country get it. It's a disgrace

to America. Thank you very much. All right. So there is Donald Trump with his typical reaction

to being in court. Let's bring back CNN's Kristen Holmes. Kristen, Donald Trump complaining about

the court case. We should note he didn't have to be there today at all. He went there for what

reason then? Jake, part of the reason of going today was to draw attention to the witness that

was on the stand. This is somebody that Donald Trump's own lawyers brought in. It was an accountant

who, as we heard from our court reporters, essentially backed up Donald Trump's case

It was a witness who was generally flown low under the radar, but because Donald Trump was

there, he wanted to bring attention to it. It's also a way for him to prepare for his testimony

which is expected to be on Monday when his lawyers call him to the stand
