Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez
0:07
She's put her line in the sand for 2024. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share, and subscribe

You guys remember when Ocortez came to Washington, she was going to be the rebel, the outsider
0:35
She was going to stick it to the establishment. In fact, she had pretty famous feuds with Nancy Pelosi and others in leadership in the
0:44
Democrat party. She was supposed to be a renegade, the bartender who came to DC to do good and care about the people
0:52
Well, she's fallen in line, folks. She has fallen in line with the establishment because she sees for herself, I think, a political
0:58
future that includes maybe being a senator. I mean, it is New York
1:03
And in order to do that, she's got to kiss the right rear ends. And she knows that
1:08
She knows her political future is bright in the state of New York. She could be a real power broker, but she has to sell her principles and what she believes
1:16
in in order to get there. It appears by this interview here that she's willing to do exactly that because this is
1:23
not the same Ocasio-Cortez from even four years ago. I want you to watch this interview on what she says about 2024 and let me know in the
1:31
comments, do you think she sold out? I want to know what you think
1:35
Let me know. I have spoken to the president over the weekend. I have spoken with him extensively. He made clear then and he has made clear since that he is in this race
1:39
The matter is closed. He had reiterated that this morning. He has reiterated that to the public. Joe Biden is our nominee
1:43
He is not leaving this race. He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race
1:47
He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race
1:51
He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race
1:57
He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race
2:01
He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race
2:05
He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race
2:09
He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race
2:13
He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race
2:17
He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race
2:21
He is in this race. He is in this race. He is in this race. And what's critically important is what the President, I believe, that the President needs
2:28
to do, and I have communicated this, what the President and the White House should do
2:32
in order to make sure that we win in November. And that is making sure that we pivot and working and increasingly commit to the issues
2:40
that are critically important to working people across this country. How are we going to expand Medicare
2:45
How are we going to expand Social Security? How are we going to provide relief to people's rents and mortgages
2:51
And if we can do that and continue our work on student loans, secure a ceasefire and bring
2:55
those dollars back into investing in public policy, then that's how we win in November
3:00
That's what I'm committed to, and that's what I want to make sure that we secure. But what do you say to members who say they need to see more from the President
3:06
Well, that is all up to their own individual determination. I respect everyone's opinion, but I'm here to make sure that we win in November, and
3:15
that's my focus. What about young daughters? What do you say? Thank you
