Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and things have gotten tense
0:06
in the Biden White House. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share and
0:11
subscribe. Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow
0:18
President Joe Biden has been very stubborn in not wanting to surrender the presidency
0:22
and to not step aside in the 2024 presidential campaign. Now the scuttlebutt is that Democrats
0:29
are stuck with him but they do have a way out and that way out is being talked about right now
0:35
They can invoke the 25th amendment led by Vice President Kamala Harris. She'd have to lead it
0:41
His cabinet and she can invoke the 25th amendment and say he is no longer capable
0:48
of being President of the United States and have him removed. Now that does not stop him. If he
0:52
really wants to push this into the convention of being the Democrat nominee, those delegates are
0:57
already pledged to him. So there would still have to be a whole lot of wrangling that would go on
1:02
even if you use the 25th amendment to get him out. That's where we're at here. So he could be removed
1:09
from the presidency and still be the Democrat candidate. Right now we're dealing with absolute
1:14
chaos in the White House and chaos in the Democrat party and I got to tell you, I don't hate it
1:20
But I want to know, you know, this would be the first time ever in history. I want to know, do
1:24
you guys think the 25th amendment should be used right now? Watch this video and then let me know
1:30
in the comments what you think. Madam Secretary, when was the last time you met with President Biden in person
1:37
I'm not going, I meet with President Biden over a wide range of issues, the economy
1:45
When was the last time you met with him in person? I'm not going to comment on my
1:51
meetings with the president. Those are private. Well, as a cabinet secretary, have you noticed
1:58
any mental or cognitive decline in any of these meetings? The president is extremely effective
2:08
in the meetings that I've been in with him. That includes many international meetings that are
2:15
multi-hour like his meetings with President Xi. I've met with him with other leaders who are in
2:25
So are you testifying that you have not seen any mental or cognitive decline? Mr. Chairman
2:31
point of inquiry, she's not a physician. She's a member of the cabinet. You're asking her a medical question
2:38
Let's keep the comments to the subject. It's not a medical question. It's her interpretation
2:45
as a member of the cabinet. I'm just asking what your testimony is. Mr. Chairman, I move to have those words taken down. She is not a physician
2:56
Will people please not go between the witness and the committee? Okay, Mr. Lawler, she's
3:05
answered the question. Let's move on. You're recognized for the balance of your time
3:15
Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Madam Secretary, have there been any discussions among cabinet secretaries about invoking the 25th amendment? No
