hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carm
0:02
Saia for explain America and there's an
0:04
old adage in the Democrat Party I don't
0:08
have it word for word but it goes
0:09
something like this if ever you're
0:11
losing an argument just shout
0:14
racist before we get started please make
0:16
sure you like comment share and
0:18
subscribe those little things really

0:35
helps us out not many people have been
0:38
as good at shouting racism every time
0:41
they're on TV every time they have a
0:43
microphone in front of them as
0:45
representative Jasmine Crockett she has
0:47
become the
0:49
voice on the left of calling everything
0:52
racist out with Stacy Abrams out with
0:54
Maxine Waters out with all these people
0:57
out with Cory Bush Cory Bush was the
0:59
Grand poo
1:01
of of calling things racist and the
1:02
Grand Puba of course for you Flintstones
1:05
fans was the head of the of the lodge
1:08
that Barney and Fred belong to the gr
1:11
Puba was the head guy Cory Bush was the
1:13
head racist
1:15
shouter and now Along Comes Jasmine
1:17
Crockett and boy has she grabbed the
1:20
mantle yesterday Scott Jennings pointed
1:22
out that Los Angeles Fire Department
1:25
really did a lot of focusing on hiring
1:27
more women doing Dei never mentioned
1:30
Race by the way he was talking about
1:31
women you know put hiring women lowering
1:34
standards to hire women now I don't know
1:36
if that happened or not that's not
1:37
really the point here Scott Jennings is
1:40
a smart guy he says it did happen they
1:42
didn't dispute him Jasmine Abby philli
1:45
they didn't dispute him on that they
1:47
just started saying it was racist even
1:50
though the man had not mentioned race
1:51
what I love about Jennings when you
1:53
watch him though is look how cool and
1:54
calm and collected he doesn't get caught
1:56
up with that stuff he doesn't start I'm
1:58
not racist don't do that never defend
2:00
yourself when you know the person's just
2:02
making up an accusation because they've
2:03
lost the argument Jennings is an expert
2:06
at that I want you to watch this video
2:10
watch this meltdown and then let me know
2:12
what you think in the comments are have
2:15
impacts on real people's lives and they
2:17
signal priorities because also in
2:18
California uh you might have recall a
2:21
new story from last year there was some
2:23
interest in the fire departments and the
2:25
firefighters in California and the
2:26
interest was was that there were too
2:28
many white men who were firefighters and
2:30
we need to have a program in California
2:31
to make sure we don't have enough white
2:33
men as firefighters so so
2:41
we and yet I'm wondering now if your
2:43
house was burning down how much do you
2:44
care what color of the fire you can
2:46
respond and then listen I I am so tired
2:49
you know what there was an article that
2:50
just came out that said that actually
2:52
the most educated demographic in this
2:55
country right now is black women so let
2:57
let me be clear um because you are woman
3:00
or because because I know that some of
3:02
the right has been sharing these photos
3:04
of the fact that I believe that the fire
3:06
chief may be a woman or something that
3:08
has nothing to do with it we are looking
3:10
at qualifications what diversity equity
3:12
and inclusion has always been about is
3:14
saying you know what open this up don't
3:17
just look at the white men open it up
3:20
and recognize that other people can be
3:21
qualified and the fact that we want to
3:24
at a time when people are dying decide
3:26
that a country of immigrants is failing
3:29
or people are dying because the same
3:32
very people that built this country cuz
3:33
the last time I checked y'all didn't say
3:35
that anything was wrong with the White
3:37
House and I can promise you it was my
3:38
ancestors that built the White House so
3:40
listen if we have been good enough to
3:42
build this country we are good enough to
3:45
serve and die overseas we are good
3:47
enough to serve in other ways and the
3:50
fact that people actually decide that
3:51
they want to engage in public service
3:53
whether it's sitting in Congress or
3:55
whether it's serving on the fire
3:57
department or the police department
3:59
should not be an issue the fact is stop
4:02
trying to act as if only white men are
4:05
the ones that are capable because right
4:06
now you sitting at a table with three
4:08
very capable black women I'm not I'm
4:10
just simply saying that in a as a matter
4:12
of public policy in California the main
4:14
interest in the fire department lately
4:16
has been in Dei programming and budget
4:18
cuts and now we have are we really but
4:21
Scott are we really blaming the fire
4:22
department the people in the LA fire I'm
4:25
blaming
