0:38
with what could be The Knockout blow for
0:39
her campaign a damaging video a damaging
0:43
video by the mother of a 12-year-old
0:46
little
0:46
girl who was who had her life
0:50
taken by
0:52
some I can't say the word I want to say
0:56
I'll just say
0:57
migrants and it was a powerful video
1:01
where she laid the blame at the feet of
1:04
kamla Harris and her and President Joe
1:07
Biden's soft on immigration
1:10
policies well CNN frantically cut away
1:14
from this oh we got to fact check Trump
1:16
right now we got to fact check him right
1:17
now you could have fact checked them
1:18
after but you didn't want people to see
1:20
this well I got some news for you CNN I
1:22
have the video because Fox News showed
1:24
it it's right here we're going to play
1:26
it and then let me know what you think
1:28
in the comments she and if you remember
1:31
Joe Biden appointed her as the borders
1:33
are she going well and they they're
1:36
great people men and women border patrol
1:39
great people they want to do their job
1:41
she didn't call them
1:42
once she released the two men who
1:46
murdered This Woman's very precious
1:50
daughter everything you need to know
1:53
about what
1:55
happened and the
1:57
character the character of Camala Harris
2:01
you'll know from just watching this
2:03
video we had it done yesterday it's very
2:06
very quick very easy to do but it was
2:09
very heartbreaking we we showed it in a
2:11
room full of people and everybody was
2:14
just everybody was crying some pretty th
2:17
people were crying uh please take a
2:21
look Sunday night I asked her to not
2:24
stay up super late because of her coming
2:27
to work with me in the morning
2:30
to do her summer school she said okay I
2:33
told her good night and I love you I
2:36
went to bed not realizing that that was
2:39
going to be the last time I saw her
2:41
we're best
2:45
friends we God sh it
2:48
again I woke up to notice she wasn't in
2:52
her bed I'm in my heart trying not to
2:55
lose my mind because I don't know where
2:57
she
2:58
is I finally remembered her phone had a
3:01
location on and her phone was pinging
3:04
just 2 minutes down the road right
3:07
behind the skate park I start driving to
3:11
the direction the phone was being pinged
3:13
at and I see a couple cop cars with
3:16
lights on I see yellow tape and
3:20
immediately my heart drops and sinks to
3:23
the bottom of my
3:26
stomach my daughter's hands and ankles
3:29
were both bound
3:30
she was strangled to death with left
3:33
with no
3:35
pants and I know in my heart she fought
3:40
incredibly hard she was not going down
3:43
without a
3:44
[Music]
3:47
fight we begin with two men we're
3:49
learning our charge with capital murder
3:51
tonight accused of killing a 12-year-old
3:54
girl police say these men strangled her
3:56
before dumping her into that Creek both
3:58
men were in the country illegally
4:00
apprehended then released by border
4:02
patrol Less Than 3 weeks before
4:04
joselyn's death the men accused of
4:06
killing Joselyn Nung are affiliated with
4:08
the gang known for brutal
4:11
violence hamala Harris was in charge of
4:14
immigration in our borders if we had
4:17
better border policies and not open
4:20
borders and not these Catch and Release
4:22
policies I truly believe this all could
4:26
have been prevented under her being vice
4:29
president president of this country my
4:32
daughter's life was ripped away from her
4:36
she had her entire life of had her happy
4:39
birthday
4:43
dear my daughter is 6 feet in the ground
4:47
based off of policies that she allowed
4:49
to
4:50
keep Camala Harris did have one job
4:55
and she not only failed not me she
4:59
failed my daugh
5:00
she felled Joselyn in you know she was
5:03
only
5:04
12 president Trump reached out gave me
5:08
his sincerest condolences as not a
5:11
former president but just as a father
5:13
someone who cares I believe Donald Trump
5:16
needs to be back in office I can at
5:19
least know that my next child will be
5:24
safe in this country
5:27
