0:26
helps us out former Congressman Matt
0:29
Gates was at a P USA event America Fest
0:31
2024 one of the guest speakers the crowd
0:34
loved him of course president-elect
0:37
Donald Trump spoke later but we'll get
0:39
to that in another
0:41
video Matt
0:43
Gates was talking about his future now
0:46
you know that his current situation was
0:50
destroyed by allegations against him he
0:52
resigned from
0:54
Congress excuse me and when he did
0:58
so the report that was filed against and
1:01
was supposed to disappear with it it
1:03
didn't and they tried to release it
1:05
today he's filed the lawsuit but they've
1:07
already leaked it to the
1:08
press
1:10
and it's just shameful how Washington
1:13
operates you know there's so many people
1:15
there that are guilty of so many things
1:18
that never see the light of day but when
1:20
they get a chance to destroy somebody
1:23
destroy somebody who went against them
1:25
went Against the Machine oh boy did they
1:27
take that opportunity but Gates is is
1:30
undeterred he talked about how the
1:32
Senate you know took sides against him
1:34
would not confirm him would not confirm
1:37
him to be attorney general and he's got
1:39
plans for that he's got plans for the
1:40
future that involve well maybe the
1:43
senate or maybe the governor's office or
1:48
something else I want you to take a look
1:50
at what he said here in this video and
1:51
let me know what you think in the
1:53
comments did by turning point Patriots
1:55
and chapters All Over America
2:00
many have asked which perch I will be
2:02
fighting from next and some of you
2:04
throughout this conference have even
2:06
given me a few suggestions my fellow
2:08
Floridians have asked me to eye the
2:10
governor's mansion in
2:12
Tallahassee maybe special counsel to go
2:15
after the insider trading for my former
2:18
colleagues in
2:20
Congress it seems I may not have had
2:23
enough support in the United States
2:25
Senate maybe I'll just run for Marco
2:27
Rubio's vacant seat in the United States
2:29
Senate and joy some of those
2:33
folks and my friend Steve Bannon and
2:36
others have suggested that I returned to
2:38
the House of Representatives on January
2:40
3rd but I would remind Steve when he got
2:43
out of prison he didn't punch a guard on
2:46
the way
2:47
out for the moment I'll enjoy being one
2:50
of you it was James Madison who said
2:52
that the most powerful position in
2:54
America would not be Congressman or
2:56
Senator or even president but that of
2:59
citizen because we put such an
3:01
obligation on the citizenry to ignite
3:03
the patriotism that the country

3:31

3:37
today listen I'm I'm blessed and I've
3:40
been asked to share a couple of things
3:42
with you about who I am and uh then as I
3:45
came up they asked me if I would be
3:47
willing to open up for questions so yes
