Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and Trump prosecutor Alvin
0:05
Bragg just got owned on national television and it was beautiful. Before we get started
0:12
please make sure you like, comment, share and subscribe. Those little things really
0:15
help us out and they help our channel continue to grow. Alvin Bragg was coming out of a building
0:23
a courtroom, this week when he was asked a very simple question. A question that even Letitia
0:29
James, the Attorney General of New York was able to answer, but not him. Why would you let these
0:38
criminal illegal immigrants who attack New York City police out with no bail and now it looks
0:44
like they're attempting to escape to Mexico. Why would you do that? You're bringing a full weight
0:51
of the law on payments former President Donald Trump made to Stormy Daniels that amount to
0:57
who cares. But actual crime that actually endangers the lives and the safety of your
1:04
citizens and your police, you let them out with no bail and you just turn your head
1:08
You're a disgrace. You're a failure. You're a horrible district attorney. You should be ashamed
1:15
of yourself and the people of New York should be ashamed for electing you and if they elect you
1:19
again, they should be even more ashamed. You're a political opportunist and you're useless
1:26
I want you guys to watch this video and then please like, comment, share and subscribe. It
1:30
really helps us out. I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America. We love you guys. God bless you. Take care
1:37
everybody. His collaboration and what he'll be doing to work closely with our district attorneys
1:42
So with that, I want to make sure that people know we are united. We are standing firmly against
1:47
crime, protect the people of our state and make public safety our shared mission. So all New Yorkers
1:53
can have that sense of security that they deserve. And with that, I'll turn it over to District
1:57
Attorney Flynn from Erie County. All right. In a short time before that, John, Alvin Bragg was
2:06
walking. Oh, okay. So we're waiting for that. We're going to turn the sound for you. Obviously
2:11
this is a big moment to hear how these city leaders are dealing with rising crime here in New
2:16
York City. It is a huge problem. And in this latest instance of illegal immigrants and an
2:22
attack on our police here, this is escalating. And she's got to show that she means business
2:28
Apparently, there is a way to find these migrants and hold them accountable. I know you were saying
2:35
earlier, well, they're gone. They've left. They've skipped. They've gone to the border. In Calexico, California, which is right next to Mexico
2:41
But they're still promising that they're going to be held accountable. I think it was
2:45
was it Tish James who was walking in just a short time ago? And she said they will be brought to
2:51
justice. They will be brought to justice. Her exact. Okay. So this was Alvin Bragg a few moments ago
2:59
Why were they released? Why were those personal migrants released
3:21
Sir, you're on behalf of the people. Can you just comment on the situation
3:44
He's the guy. He's the guy at the center of the story. He's the guy who released the migrants who attacked the cops. There's your explanation from the
3:50
prosecutors to why all of this happened. Tish James, the district, the sorry
3:56
attorney general for the state of New York was also there for the meeting just before
4:00
this press conference. She was asked similar questions. Listen to this. Well, at least she said that they're going to be held to justice. But again
4:14
the point that we made earlier, half of them are not even here anymore. They got on a bus and they
4:19
went to California, Calexico, California, which is right on the border with Mexico
4:23
So how do you bring them back? Particularly since California is a sanctuary state. And if ice makes
4:28
a request to Gavin Newsom's office to say, we want these folks back. Will he honor that or will he
4:35
not? Because the states, these cities have got sanctuary laws in place. And if they go back on
4:41
that, it kind of blows up the whole thing. How do you do that right here on the streets of New York
4:45
How do you do that? Get out on bail? Get out with no bail? And walk
