Hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and former
0:04
President Donald Trump has just turned the case by Alvin Bragg with Stormy
0:11
Daniels on its head. Before we get started please make sure you like
0:16
comment, share, and subscribe. Those little things really help us out and they help
0:21
our channel continue to grow. You know Trump has been railing against this gag
0:26
order by Judge Juan Marchand, railing against it on social media, when he
0:31
speaks to the press, anytime he can. Because you know and in my opinion you
0:36
guys know this I say it every time I believe every gag order is a violation of the First Amendment. That being said Trump has just dared Judge Juan Marchand
0:45
to put him in prison and I'm going to tell you why I want him to put him in
0:51
prison. Once I read you what Trump says I'm going to tell you but let's take a
0:54
look. On his Truth Social account Trump said crooked Judge Juan Marchand is not
0:59
allowing me to talk, is taking away my First Amendment rights, he's got me gagged
1:04
because he doesn't want the facts behind the gag to come out. How many corrupt
1:08
biased crooked Joe Biden quote protection agency New York judges do I
1:13
have to endure before somebody steps in? I had New York federal judge
1:18
Louis Kaplan with a woman who I never knew and had nothing to do with until
1:23
she sued me for defamation. She did not know what day, month, or year the supposed
1:28
incident took place. She knew nothing. Kaplan, a Hillary friend, wouldn't even
1:34
let my lawyers put on a proper case, made it two cases instead of one, took away my
1:39
American right to defend myself, and was a crazed bully as his wife and friends
1:43
sat in the courthouse every day in their little roped off section and prodded him
1:48
on in awe. This mysterious lady who said, I can't say that word, is sexy got 91
1:56
million dollars. Then of course we have Arthur Engoran, a total lunatic whack job
2:02
who ruled that I should pay an almost 500 million dollar fine for having done
2:07
nothing wrong. No victims, no damage, ironclad disclaimer, only success. In fact
2:13
he was the one who committed fraud when he purposely at the direction of racist
2:17
corrupt AG Letitia James undervalued Mar-a-Lago at 18 million dollars. Now we
2:24
have Mershawn who is not allowing me to talk, thereby violating the law and the
2:28
Constitution all at once. It is so bad what he is trying to get away with. How
2:34
was he even chosen for this case? I heard he fought like hell to get it and all
2:38
the rest of them also. If this partisan hack wants to put me in the clink for
2:43
speaking the open and obvious truth, I will gladly become a modern-day Nelson
2:48
Mandela. It will be my great honor. We have to save our country from these
2:52
political operatives masquerading as prosecutors and judges and I am willing to sacrifice my freedom for that worthy cause. We are a failing nation but on
3:02
November 5th we will become a great nation again, make America great again
3:06
Now that's a big deal and issuing a challenge like that to Mershawn, he might
3:12
just do it and I'll tell you why it would be great. Have you seen Trump's
3:15
poll numbers skyrocket when he gets indicted? Can you imagine the support he
3:22
would get if they actually put this man in a prison cell behind bars? I think
3:28
that would be the end of Biden's candidacy. I want to know what you guys
3:32
think so let me know in the comments please. As always, please remember to
3:36
like, comment, share and subscribe. I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America. We
3:41
love you guys. God bless you. Take care everybody
