White House Rocked After FBI Director Discusses Possible Investigation Into Joe Biden

Hey ladies and gentlemen, Carmine Sabia here for Explain America and Joe Biden just got

some really bad news about a federal investigation from FBI Director Christopher Wray

spread the conservative message. It's something we really appreciate. Now Christopher Wray testified before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday and

there was two exchanges that were very interesting. Now the one that you may be most familiar with is the one with Matt Gaetz

That's not the one we're going to talk about today but I will just give you a quick brief on that

Matt Gaetz asked the FBI Director about the text message that Hunter Biden allegedly

sent to a Chinese businessman shaking him down using his father's name and the threat

basically of his father to get this Chinese businessman who's connected to the Chinese

Communist Party to do what he wants to do. And Wray danced around the question

He even smiled and laughed at it because he knew that Gaetz knew that everybody knew that

Hunter Biden was likely getting special treatment. At least that's what everybody thinks or most people think

However there was one that did not get the same amount of press that I thought deserved it

That's the part where Representative Tiffany asks Wray about a federal investigation and

what he asks him is, is President Joe Biden the subject of a federal investigation for

allegedly taking a $5 million bribe? And Wray's answer had to shake the White House to its core

Let's take a look at it. Did Joe Biden take payments from Burisma or any other foreign companies as Vice President

President or private citizen Biden? As you may know, there is an ongoing investigation being led by the U.S. Attorney in Delaware

Mr. Weiss, appointed by President Trump in the last administration that our Baltimore

field office is working with and I would refer you to him as to what, if anything, can be said

So he is under, he is under investigation. I'm not going to confirm or speak to who is or isn't under investigation for what

I'm simply going to tell you. So he's not under investigation? I didn't say that either

By longstanding department policy and practice. I'm not going to be confirming or denying who is or isn't under investigation

Now Wray's saying he can't confirm or deny that the president is the subject of an investigation

and he cites, you know, department policy about this. But if the president is not subject of a federal investigation, wouldn't that be something

you could just say, no, the president's not the subject of an investigation

That's not going to hurt anybody. If I asked if my neighbor was the subject of a federal investigation, they couldn't

tell me no. You can't say no about anybody. That's that's a heck of a department policy

You cannot deny that any human being is under federal investigation. That seemed a lot to me, even in the beginning of his answer that he was suggesting there

is a federal investigation. So you know, if you listen to the beginning of the answer, he says, well, there's an ongoing investigation

What does that mean? So that's why the representative says, oh, so you're saying the president's subject of

an investigation. And then that's when the dance begins with Wray. But you have to pay very close attention to the exchange to catch that
