hey ladies and gentlemen this is carmind
0:01
Sabia for explain America and yeah there
0:05
could be another Donald Trump presidency
0:08
in 2028 and it's perfectly
0:12
legal before we get started please make

0:33
out Donald Trump was president in
0:37
2016 Donald Trump will be president
0:39
again in 2025 that's two terms and even
0:42
though they're not
0:44
consecutive the Constitution does bar
0:47
you from serving more than two terms as
0:49
president so you say to me Carmine How
0:52
can there be a Donald Trump presidency
0:54
in 2028 legally it's totally against the
0:56
law right I'm not really see Chris Kiza
1:01
who used to be a CNN legal analyst but
1:04
now he's on his own he's independent he
1:06
actually ran down the
1:08
scenario in a YouTube video that he did
1:12
that makes a perfectly legal case for a
1:14
Donald Trump presidency in
1:16
2028 but it's not the Donald Trump
1:18
you're thinking of it's Donald Trump
1:22
Jr now you say what would happen with JD
1:25
Vance well he's got an answer for that
1:26
too see this is not a conventional thing
1:29
so I want you to listen to what Mr Kiza
1:31
has to say here he's a very smart man
1:33
and let me know what you think in the
1:35
comments senior so I think the guy has
1:40
real Charisma I know a lot of people
1:42
hate him but he has real Charisma and an
1:44
understanding of what motivates the base
1:47
that has elected his father he is also
1:50
interestingly kind of a unlike his dad
1:54
who is a total technophobe I mean Don
1:56
Donald Trump you know uses a phone I
1:58
guess but not really a computer
2:00
Don Jr is actually very Savvy when it
2:03
comes to the changing media landscape
2:06
and sort of the way social media has has
2:09
transformed everything so I just looked
2:10
these numbers up he has 13 million
2:13
followers on X he has 8 million
2:16
followers on Instagram his triggered
2:19
podcast which runs on this site called
2:20
Rumble which is the conservative
2:22
alternative alternative to YouTube is
2:25
widely listened to and followed and his
2:28
sensibility on
2:30
social media is if I had to make a
2:33
comparison it's kind of like Elon musk's
2:36
he's kind of a troll uh don Jr likes to
2:38
troll liberals that's what he does
2:41
really really well and you know who
2:43
loves that the magga base now the
2:46
question is what does Donald Trump Jr
2:49
want right so he his friend JD Vance is
2:52
the VP and in theory in four years JD
2:56
Vance would be the next in line that's
2:58
sort of how these things work but we're
3:01
talking about the trumps here right so I
3:03
don't know that we can draw that
3:06
conclusion yet I have heard I have seen
3:09
reported I've heard anecdotally that Don
3:12
Jr is interested in running for office
3:15
unlike ianka unlike
3:18
Eric whose wife by the way Lara is
3:20
lobbying to become the next senator from
3:22
Florida so we may have more trumps than
3:24
we know what to do with in a few years
3:25
but Don Jr likes campaigning he likes
3:29
getting out there he likes mixing it up
3:31
and so we so that's a fact we know that
3:34
to be the case we also know that if
3:36
Donald Trump the Elder is loyal to
3:39
anyone and that's questionable but if
3:41
he's loyal to anyone it's his family
3:44
right um on The Apprentice he surrounded
3:47
himself with his family ianka Don Jr
3:49
Eric right those are the people to the
3:52
extent he listens to anyone those are
3:53
the people he listens to and the people
3:54
he's loyal to and I think if Donald
3:57
senior is interested in sort of handing
4:00
off the political movement he built with
4:03
the likeliest chance of that movement
4:05
being transferable to
4:08
someone he's likely to turn I think to
4:11
his eldest son who has kind of shown a
4:14
knack for this stuff who is uh whose
4:17
star is rising absolutely in from JD
4:20
Vance onward to the the transition Don
4:22
Jr's influence is greater today than it
4:25
has been I think at any point in the
4:27
past in his father's political career so
4:29
so if I'm JD Vance I think I'm aware of
4:32
that fact um and yes Don Jr and I are
4:35
friends but Don Jr wants to run for
4:37
something and why wouldn't he start it
4:39
running for president or maybe VP under
4:42
Vance which is I think do not rule that
4:45
out as a possibility look I just think
4:48
there will be an attempt at some point
4:51
to handoff
4:52
trumpism and Donald Trump will want to
4:55
be in control of that handoff and the
4:58
fact that his oldest son is standing
5:01
right there is someone who is of who has
5:05
shown that he gets the Maga base in a
5:08
way very few Republicans do who has
5:10
shown that he in his own right is
5:13
extremely popular online who gets the
5:16
kind of social media trolling that goes
5:18
hand inand with being a trump supporter
5:22
uh that he is related by blood to Donald
5:25
Trump these are all things that I think
5:27
you cannot rule out Jr of running in
5:31
2028 now maybe he runs for something
5:33
before then maybe runs for something
5:34
after then again he's in his mid-40s
5:36
plenty of time but I absolutely watch
5:39
what he is doing and saying in this next
5:42
year or two because he probably will not
5:44
go into the administration of his dad in
5:46
any formal role but he is he has his
5:48
dad's ear we've already seen it from the
5:50
VP pick all the way to RFK junor as HHS
5:53
secretary so keep an eye on his social
5:56
media feeds even if you hate him I would
5:58
follow him because I think he again he
6:00
channels the kind of ID of the Maga base
6:04
and I think that's extremely powerful
6:06
all right that's all I got for today
