0:10
results and they may find themselves

0:33
helps us out guys Democrat Mayors and
0:39
governors and sheriffs they're coming
0:42
out and they're saying we're not going
0:43
to help you with your deportation plans
0:46
for illegal immigrants in fact not only
0:49
are we not going to help you some of
0:50
them are saying we're going to stand in
0:51
your way we're going to protect the
0:54
illegal immigrants and we have to
0:57
understand this the administration's
0:58
plan is not to just go after random
1:00
illegal immigrants they want to round up
1:03
first the criminals and then the people
1:04
who had their hearings and were told
1:07
they had to leave their cases have been
1:10
adjudicated so yeah they got to go
1:14
that's the way it works oh you're going
1:16
to tear Grandma away from the family
1:18
well don't fear Monger like that these
1:20
people know that they were told to leave
1:23
or they know they committed a crime and
1:25
they have to go we have an immigration
1:28
system we have a border so when these
1:30
people
1:31
say we're going to stand in your way
1:33
when the Denver mayor says I'm willing
1:36
to go to jail for this Tom Homan the
1:40
incoming borders are for president-elect
1:43
Donald Trump provided everything goes
1:44
the way he
1:45
wants he said you're willing to go to
1:47
jail great I'm willing to put you in
1:51
jail that's about as Stark of a warning
1:53
as you can get from somebody I want you
1:56
to watch this video and let me know what
1:58
you think in the comments Tom you you
2:01
heard the go you heard this mayor out
2:04
there in in uh Colorado I want to get
2:07
your reaction to it and I want you to be
2:09
clear about who has jurisdiction the
2:11
federal government or state and local
2:12
governments and if you're a sanctuary
2:14
state or city are you breaking the
2:18
law you're absolutely breaking the law
2:20
all you has to do look at Arizona versus
2:22
US you'll see these breaking the law
2:23
well look me and the Denver mayor we
2:25
agree on one thing he's willing to go to
2:27
jail I'm willing to put him in jail
2:30
because there there's a statute it's
2:32
title 8 United United States code 1324
2:34
triple I and what it says is it's a
2:36
felony if you knowingly Harbor and
2:38
conceal illegal an from immigration
2:40
authorities is also fening to impede a
2:43
federal law enforcement officer so if we
2:44
don't to help that's fine he can get the
2:46
hell out of the way but we're going to
2:47
go do the job president Trump has a
2:49
mandate of American people we got to
2:51
secure this country we got to save
2:53
American lives and I find it shocking
2:55
any mayor of a city would say president
2:57
Trump's been clear we want to
2:59
concentrate on public safety threats and
3:00
National Security threats I find it hard
3:02
to believe that any mayor or Governor
3:03
would say they don't want Public Safety
3:05
threats removed from their neighborhoods
3:07
I mean I mean I don't know what the hell
3:08
is going on in Denver but we're going to
3:10
go and we're going to fix it if he don't
3:11
want to fix it if he don't want to
3:12
protect his communities president Trump
3:14
and ice will
