Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America
0:04
and a Biden campaign co-chair just lost his mind on national television
0:10
We gotta take a look at it but before we do, before we get started, please like, comment
0:16
share and subscribe. Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue
0:20
to grow. So he was appearing on NBC and he talked to host Kristen Welker of Meet the Press
0:28
and Welker pressed him, no pun intended, on what special counsel Robert Herr's report said about
0:35
Biden. She said that the report said he willfully retained classified documents. Now he, the co-chair
0:43
he countered that and said no that's not what he says. I mean I read it and it does say that
0:49
but then in other parts it does kind of appear to contradict that. So not exactly sure. This
0:54
might be a case where Robert Herr actually needs to be called before Congress to, you know, really
1:00
get into the details of all this. I think that would be a smart thing and this way we can avoid
1:05
all this nonsense about what he meant, what he didn't mean. Let's find out from the man himself
1:10
That being said, you could see that they are in damage control mode in the Biden camp and
1:15
this co-chair, like I said, lost his mind just being asked tough questions. I want you to take
1:20
a look at it and then please remember to like, comment, share, and subscribe. I'm Carmine Sabia
1:25
for Explain America. We love you guys. God bless you. Take care everybody. Unlike President Trump
1:32
which has 91 felony counts pending against him and by the way in over all the depositions that
1:37
President Trump has taken in those cases that says he doesn't remember or doesn't know over a thousand
1:42
times. So there's swooning over whether or not the president remembered the year that his son died
1:48
and therefore is not fit to be president. It's just really sad and below the belt and unnecessary
1:54
Well, just to be very clear, the report didn't say he wasn't engaged in any wrongdoing. In fact
2:00
it was quite firm in the fact that he mishandled classified documents. He just wasn't indicted
2:07
and criminally charged. But let me follow up with you. The documents found in the president's
2:11
Wait, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. You can't. No, no, no. I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna accept
2:14
that premise. In an investigation, a special counsel determines based on the facts and the
2:20
law about whether somebody engaged in criminal wrongdoing and he found out that the president
2:25
didn't. As a matter of fact, he's the only special counsel that's been engaged in this kind of
2:28
activity that had to say that he could not indict somebody and that is, that is a fact. And so that's
2:34
the big takeaway from this report from a legal perspective. From a legal perspective, that is
2:40
absolutely right. He said he was not going to indict him. Let me though ask this question
2:45
Because he didn't have the law on the facts to do it. Right. Well, right. But he did say that classified documents were mishandled and he said that
2:53
national security could have been jeopardized. But let me, let me ask you this because
2:57
Yes, but Kristen, he didn't say national security. No ma'am, I'm sorry. He didn't say national
3:02
security was compromised and you just heard from the secretary of Homeland Security
3:08
But, but it was not. And the facts and the law suggested that the president
3:12
was not engaged in criminal activity to be distinguished between the former president
3:16
who right now has 91 felony counts pending against him in four different cases. So let's just keep
3:21
the facts right and let's not make false comparisons between the two, which unfortunately
3:26
people do a lot of these days. Speaking of the former president
