Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and Fannie Willis, well
0:06
she could be done for. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share
0:11
and subscribe. Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow

You know, the scandals are racking up for Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis
0:22
You have the lover scandal, you have the misuse of federal funds scandal. I don't know if you
0:28
heard about that one, but that's when a whistleblower from her office said that she was
0:33
fired because she pointed out that somebody on Fannie Willis' team was getting prepared to
0:40
misuse federal funds that were allocated for gang initiatives and they were going to use them for
0:47
swag and computers and travel. Now the lover scandal is her hiring her lover, basically
0:53
to be an attorney on the Trump case. Allegedly lover, no, not even allegedly lover anymore
0:57
she admitted to it. And so those scandals are racking up and one commentator believes
1:05
it actually could be the end of her completely because of all this that's happening. Now he
1:10
outed her as a partisan political hack. He said this is all, you know, just about her political
1:17
career and I think he's right. I want you to listen to him and then I want you to give me
1:21
your opinion on this whole matter. So please remember to like, comment, share, and subscribe
1:26
Again, it does really help us out. I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America. We love you guys
1:31
God bless you. Take care, everybody. John. Fine tooth comb. Madison Scarpino in Atlanta. Madison, thanks. For more on this, let's bring
1:42
in Fox News contributor, Joe Concha. Joe, she says she hasn't done anything wrong. Maybe she
1:48
should have picked somebody else other than the guy she's in a romantic relationship with to run
1:54
this case, but she hasn't done anything wrong. How do you see it? Well, in the most important
1:59
court of all, the court of public opinion, based on all this media coverage that we've seen, John
2:04
they appear to have already found beyond a reasonable doubt that Fannie Willis is a compromised
2:09
hypocritical, patently partisan district attorney who just got exposed through overwhelming evidence
2:16
that she hired her married boyfriend who has been the, you know, better call Saul of Fulton County
2:22
He's been an ambulance chaser his entire illustrious career to try a federal RICO case
2:26
and that's something he's never done before. And she paid him, what, more than $600,000 to do it
2:32
only to take some of that money, we're to believe, and take her on elaborate romantic getaways in
2:39
Napa, Caribbean cruises, opulent hotels on multiple occasions, not to mention a boatload
2:44
of cash spent on swag. That's the allegation. And by the way, if Fannie Willis, John, has such a
2:49
great defense here, then she would hold a press conference and take questions and follow-up
2:54
questions on the matter. Instead, she's tweeting her defense on social media. That's telling
2:58
John, because she knows she can't defend the indefensible. She also says that it was
3:03
their personal money that they used on these cruises and other fantastic vacations. Well
3:09
when you're getting paid $650,000 a year from the county, it's pretty easy to have some personal
3:15
money to spend. Yeah, I mean, if you know about these vacations, when you go to Napa, when you
3:20
take not one, but two Caribbean cruises, and you look at some of the hotels that they've stayed in
3:25
on a district attorney's salary, I just don't know if that's something that is in the cards
3:31
right, that much that soon. And anyone in this position, if you're Fannie Willis, I think, John
3:36
would resign right now if they had a shred of integrity. But integrity doesn't seem to be in
3:40
the DNA here. Either way, this case, I believe, is cooked in the court of public opinion
3:44
and among many legal scholars believe that way as well. And for Donald Trump
3:49
this is just another example for him to use to say, see, the justice system is rigged against
3:55
me and my candidacy. This is election interference. When you see this sort of stuff going on
4:00
it's hard not to disagree with the former president. Fulton County Commissioner Bridget
4:05
Thorne started looking into some of these payments last fall, and she has questioned
4:10
Fannie Willis about them. Willis says it's a racial attack. Racial. That's interesting. If you have to start to play the race card from the
4:22
bottom of the deck, then you have problems. I'm pretty sure
